I really appreciate this video and I especially appreciate the fact you mention the "natural flavors" part. I've been hearing some sketchy stuff about that and glad you clarified exactly what is in Transparent Labs protein. I've been on a kick to stay away from all the junk out there in our food and products in America. It's in everything!!! Glad to see some clean products and supplements on the market. Thanks again Paul

"plant sources" isn't exactly what is in "natural flavors". We need to know what plant sources as they can impact organ health. Better yet, why add this stuff at all? Leave the sweeteners and flavorings out of it. The consumer can add that themselves.

Wouldn't it be better and more efficient to use NAC with vitamin C, this would promote the creation of L glutathione in the body and with the added vitamin C stimulate the creation of collagen?

That is the reason i went with transparent labs.I just have one question about creatine. You answered one of my questions and that was on loading. You also mentioned that you get off creatine for 2 to 3 weeks. So if we use this supplement should be stop it after a month of use or can we consume for months straight before stopping for a few weeks. Thanks

Appreciate the video. I'll just say one thing. I know you take many supplements and these are the main products. However, I feel that the average person simply cannot afford to pour money into these supplements, even just a quality protein on a month to month basis. $50-60 for a 2lb quality protein? Then add in everything else you talked about. HUH? The cost of the supplement industry is truly insane. I for one have a mortgage to pay, utilities, kids to feed, keeping my kids active in swimming, track, music lessons, put money back so I can retire, etc.. And the cost never stops going up. Who affords this stuff? I even have a good job. I mean really at this point, I think I have to settle with the Walmart protein. Everyone talks about taking all these supplements but no on talks about the astronomical cost. I hope I'm not the only who feels like this. Sorry, done venting, love the channel.

Besides that, work hard at balancing progressive resistance training with recuperation and you have a fairly natural and productive way to get strong and in shape without any other B.S. Master the basics and you’ll go farther than most who make things complex and confusing.

@@ajaronis1 to give more clarity as to why I have this perspective I should’ve mentioned what I did about 30+ years ago in regards to supplements. I knew people who were spending $100-$200 per month on supplements from GNC and nutrition stores. I simply couldn’t justify spending that much money so I did a personal experiment and tried only one supplement at a time for 30 to 60 days and if I didn’t notice any considerable difference from taking the supplement as opposed to just eating right and working out hard then I dumped the supplement. I tried that for about a year with different supplements, and found out that most (if not All) were a bunch of crap. The only supplement I’ve ever done that I saw was worthwhile was Creatine And maybe a good protein supplement if I was on the go. Try it for yourself and you’ll see then the Truth will set you free. Good luck to you on your journey to better health and a stronger body.

Do you agree with getting at least 35 grams of protein per meal / shake to ensure enough leucine to kick off muscle protein synthesis?

2 to 3 shakes a day there’s only 30 servants in that and it’s $59 and the 4pound is $99 with 52 serving. You would be spending over 100$ a month just on 2 a day don’t seem worth it for just whey protein. You can get the same results just by eating clean protein.

Would love to see the natural flavors explained more than "plant sources". Even better...get rid of them. Get rid of all the flavoring and sweeteners. People can add that themselves. Plant sources can still have a huge impact on organ function. That said, they have some great supplements for sure. Just need these last couple changes to take it to the max.

Overall Transparent labs and a few others are far better than MOST protein powders out there, HOWEVER, people need to keep in mind that; natural flavors can be highly processed and contain many chemical additives! So unless they ACTUALLY disclose these "natural flavors" Assume that while its better than MOST, there is a chance that unwanted chemicals are in it.
