Contracts seem like such a big deal, they are necessary if you are going to sign deals with new clients and you don't have everything written down or at least the basics written down, It's always good to have a signed contract...

@@obliviousmeme3932 I don't actually have a website I just go around my friends and ask if they would like some of my products and luckily some of them actually liked to buy some, and they spread the word to other people they know, I made a contract agreement so when they have something bad that happens it's on the contract😅, when I first started somewhere in Dec 2021 I made 500 or near that.

0:15 - "[...] how to get legally binding contract signed" 1:25 - "i'm not a lawyer, i don't tell you it's legally binding, but it will just help you get everthing written down" so what now, what is this stuff. it isn't legally correct, so is this only for agreement on the service details? so if the services are surely chosen, this contract has lack of legal power so is it just useless to do it then?

Better to have this in court vs. having nothing. Judges aren’t stupid, it would be pretty hard to claim you didn’t agree to all this if you signed it. Trying to sue would cost more than most ppl at this level would have anyways, it’s more just for peace of mind and to look more professional

This was NOT helpful at all. This was a COMMERCIAL disguised as a "tool" to help you develop a template for a contract. lmao
