    Hey guys! I got some questions left after watching your video! I have been thinking of staying in Bali for 3-4 weeks. 1. So are you recommending maybe to split accommodation between different places/villas? Maybe on arrival have an airbnb villa ready for a week and after that seek private ones for cheaper? 2. Moving around. Should you rely on local taxis/transport or just rent a scooter or is it just preference? Thanks!!

    Love your videos! Found you when I searching for vegan options in Bali last night. We're going to Bali in a few weeks. Staying for about 3 weeks. Can you share the villa info you stayed at that you showed here (when you booked) that was around £21 with a pool? Like you, I booked a hotel already in Kuta for our first couple nights but need to figure out the rest of the stay now. I am going to subscribe to watch and follow your future travels! We travel a lot and I love the details you provided, (vegan food in the other video- we're foodies too!), and I appreciate that you showed the map and/or put locations the screen...oh and bookmark chapters! Thanks again and happy travels!

    Thank you so much! Grateful that our videos have helped you out.... Ahhh fellow foodies 😍 You will love Bali, it's so magical! have you figured where you want to go after Kuta? For the Villa details, if you have facebook just click this link ---> m.me/joshandpoli?ref=w18430422 It will send you a message automatically but just ignore that and then send us a message there, then we will see you in our inbox and we can send you the details for the owner of the Villa and we have an amazing driver who also found us 2 villas, we can send you his details too, he helped us with a lot and is a lovely person. Also stay tuned for our next video, we'll be explaining everything about what you need to know whilst in Bali. It will be out before you arrive to the beautiful Island. Much love to you both ✨

    Thank you loved your video. We are flying from NZ for 8 nights next week. Myself, husband and 2 teenage sons. We are staying at Sanur and I’m wondering if you have any advice on travelling (how to) to the hotel from the airport please? 😊

    Hey Carol... You may already be in Bali... If you are WELCOME! How are you finding Sanur? If you're not here yet, then the easiest way would be to exit the airport building and walk past all the taxi drivers and outside there is a 'Grab' office... They will help you there... Grab is like Uber. But most likely you're here right?

    I am thinking about 10 days in Bali. Middle age man, travelling alone and only interested in sightseeing. Temples, local life, not interested in beaches, bars or shops. Ubud would be one choice. Which area would you add. Like somewhere quiet perfect for sightseeing?. Close to the main sights

  • @joshandpoli

    @joshandpoli

    Жыл бұрын

    Hello Fran!! !0 days sounds perfect, 14 would be even better! Ubud is on the top of our list. Is still touristy, however you can find quiet parts and nice villas surrounded by rice fields and nature. We were staying in Petulu which is a bit out of Ubud, small village with good vibes and nice people, where you can really feel the real life. Petulu was 10min on motorbike to the centre of Ubud so super quick and smooth. If you won'r rent a scooter that's no problem just make sure to download app on your phone: Gojek or Grab and easily you can order scooter to pick you up and take you places. Plus if you like walking you can do it, many people actually do walk around :) On the other hand we have spent a week on a different island, that you take a boat from Bali. There are 3 Island: Nuda Penida (the most busy one), Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan (they are connected) we went to. They are super quite, very beautiful and chill, you can feel like Robinson Crusoe ;) kind of hehe Let us know if you need more info or any other tips regarding Bali and definitely send us some pictures while you there! Much love, Josh & Poli 💞

    Please do not teach people to break the rules. COVID was causing Balinese their chunk of income for 2 years before they managed to overcome it. It is a small island with limited public health facilities, while tourists can have their insurance to cover their costs, locals have nowhere to go other than limited government hospitals when outbreak arrived in the island. Visa and immigration rules already quite lax which now is causing these "guests" to desecrate places that locals deemed sacred and breaking traffic rules. Do yourself a favour, we are happy with decent and law abiding tourists to come to Bali, but don't spoil your enjoyment because some of bad eggs.

    And nott just to break the covid-rules. Also don't teach the wrong visa rules. It's thanks to guys as you that I and other bule who follow all the rules get a bad name in Indonesia, and that more and more bule get deported back to their country. If you can't follow the rules and have some respect for Indonesia it's better to stay away from Indonesia and staybin your country. 🤬

    More people coming to Bali is better for tourism income!? Vaccination does not prevent transmission. Fully vaccinated people will have no more protection than non vaccinated people after 6 months.
