I smelled it last week and it blew my mind. It is a very sensual scent. Huge compliment getter, I got 3 unsolicited compliments from women in a few hours after applying this fragrance. I will grab a bottle soon. I feel it is underrated and will be more appreciated at some point. Longevity is above average (8-10 hours), very good projection. It is a 9/10 for me so far, might get 10 by time.

Great video as always Monica. Pretty much all the reviewers say the same thing about the intense. It's going to be hard to beat the EDP as far as scent profile. Unless they would take it another direction. I also would really like to try Cedrat Boise.

A cliffhanger at the end of the video. :) Just returned from window shopping and came back with a sample of PDM Carlisle, and two sprayed cards of Baccarat Rouge 540 and Tom Ford's Lost Cherry. Also, really enjoying Maison Margiela's Replica: By the Fireplace with the scent of toasted marshmallows over a nice cozy log fire. This new rendition from D&G seems to be taking a totally different direction from the EDP (which is a very nice fragrance). I am interested in Cedrat Boise too as it seems like a nice one for the upcoming spring and summer. Thank you Monika. x

Thank you for this review. Yes, this one is not a clear Yes or No. Some people say it smells like an updated version of CH men Privé. Does this match your experience somewhat?

I would say it smells like a version prior to CH men Prive if anything 😊

I think that the "edp" still cuts the mustard for all ages... Some fragrances are timeless and this is one of those. It is so well blended and definitely not an "old man" type of smell... I have not tried the new version yet so cant comment on that. Daddy/old man fragrances are more like aqua di gio original, fahrenheit original, all davidhoff cool water's and the majority of the burberry range.. Even Bentley for men intense has the old man twist. and that is very poplular with reviewers.. Maybe they should rename that one as "Bentley old men intense" lol Many reviewers still hold the one edp high up in their must have list... And some of those reviewers are quite young Great review Monika... a good revew will always generate a debate

This scene is great and it makes you feel happier when you smell it, it lasts a long long time and i love it!!!

None of the big department stores in Los Angeles still carry this. So I went to the Dolce & Gabbana store and they went to the back and brought me a bottle of _The One_ EDP and a bottle of _Pour Homme Intenso_ 🤦‍♂️

What year is the Bleu da Chanel colonge?

Is The One edp better than dior homme intense?

Check this one on Sephora or Douglas, and i think it's on par with D&G the one edp. Fantastic both but I really miss the good ol' tobacco from the The ones EDT and edp. ^*^

Sorry to hear about your son. I haven’t smelled the Guess fragrance so I need to give it a go 😊

It reminds me of one million lucky but I enjoy this better. I'm not a big fan of the one million lucky but The One its better and smells better on skin
