As a retired Police Dispatcher...I thought the same thing....WHERE IS HER CAREGIVER? She clearly must have someone that she depends on for the basic things..so where are they now?? I would be curious of any young woman who is out on her own..There must be someone checking in her at some point.

Aw, this young woman has some cognitive differences, and she clearly loves touching the horses. I just hope she’s safe when she’s on her own in the city.

That’s not always a good thing.

The horses make her happy.

She’s autistic. Likely, nonverbal. She’s not stalking anyone. She’s just not in the normal custody of her caregiver. This is her safe place and focus.

It's just her vulnerability that catches my eye... She really should be with someone...Any young woman out walking around should be with someone when out and about in a tourist area like this anyway. There is safety in numbers, and I just wonder if someone is looking for her right now? She clearly LOVES the Horses and Guards.

12:03 she is even trying to calm the horse down after while the noisy sirens are going by "Sssh shh calm down" she says, I couldn't hear the rest, but she seems really kind to me towards the horse.

Absolutely. She is wonderfully gentle with the horses and the guards show real kindness towards her.

A vulnerable girl, I hope she's safe. It's a difficult situation for those in charge at Horse Guards.

Watch the Guard and Horses reactions--tenderness from both towards this lone girl--her behaviour was perfect-unlike most of the 'tourists'--

It is very sad that these days, anyone who is the slightest bit different is viewed with suspicion. In a way that could be right, who knows what the outcome could be? There are people who are different who mean no harm, but there others who do, it is impossible to know whose who!

I actually don’t think it’s right to film someone who obviously has severe mental health issues. I feel he’s not filming her out of concern for her welfare but because he thinks it’s great content. Just my opinion but it doesn’t sit right with me. I really feel for the young woman. She’s so gentle with the horses.

I agree, she’s not aware of her interruptions to other people’s photos. While this is harmless it’s not fair to other visitors. Also this constant back and forth is stressful to the troopers and the horses, the horses are fine at first but they start getting agitated. You can see it in other videos.

Metal health is real people,I hope she not alone. we have really nasty people in our country now, that way sicker then her. Bless.

She gets the paranoid! But lots of tourists are abnormally obsessed with touching the horses, too!

I agree with the policeman, we dont need to see this. This girl has to survive out there, now she is on social media, you made it harder.

It seems those with mental issues are drawn to the horses which is unfortunate for the horses. They could hang around there all day, staring and stroking the horse. Maybe she needs a support animal and is using the horses to sooth herself. I bet someone is dropping her off each day because they know she'll stay there.

The way she continues to stroke the horse in such a weird way, makes my face ache

To start with, she pissed me off. Now, I just feel sorry for her. I think she loves the horses.

I am glad Buska was following her closely as she may be mentally disabled and shouldn't be out on her own without a carer. I'm concerned what she may do to the lady trooper the way she followed her. Luckily the gatesman told this girl to stand back from the arches. Well done, Buska!

I have a loved one that I love dearly and am looking after as well, who's autistic and hence I know that they need guidance and protection themselves. I'm speaking positively and with compassion about the lady and am not calling her mad like some others. You should not be so dismissive and negative about my comment. People who doesn't know people with autism may be frightened by the behaviours and may misunderstand the lady. I have encountered people who literally criticised my loved one because they do not understand.

Her behaviour for me that toward the back of the yard where the arches are and the guards stand duty was 13:53 sketchy. She looked as if she wanted to climb over the chain ! Reslly unpredictable.

Not one person who has commented on this young lady has made fun of her. They seem to be mostly concerned for her. She is behaving in an odd way ,but as someone has already said she knows she is being filmed and maybe it is scaring her. So far she comes across as a very gentle young woman , she may have mental health problems of some kind but it's not up to us to judge. The Police will be aware of her nervous behaviour but she is doing no harm.

Seems like this young woman is on the spectrum. However she keeps a respectful distance, doesn't grab the reins and apart from what may seem to you to be overstaying her welcome, does no harm. This must be a place she feels safe. A bit like yourself ,mate. Only difference is she's not making money off it !

When you join in the Military you are trained to watch every move when your on duty and off, Especially in the heightened Security alert, It can be unnerving especially while on duty. People can pass themselves off as tourists . So yes l do know what I’m commenting on .

The young lady is autistic and has the same mannerisms as my adult daughter. She did nothing wrong. It is upsetting that she does not have a caregiver helping her and even more upsetting that you are stalking her. Leave her alone.

And she wasnt harmed! And if she has become lost, or is a runaway, people may find her by her being on film!

If he was following her out of concern for her safety, he would have put the phone down and talked to her to make sure she's ok. Maybe explain that the guards need space because she clearly didn't understand. Putting her on the internet only exposes her to more predators. What I saw was a KZreadr following a vulnerable woman for views.

Thank God we have so many psychiatrist here!!! I feel better now!! SMH! No one here seems to understand that mental illness is serious. Also, these people can, without warning, become very hostile and dangerous. She's not "enjoying her day out", are you kidding me? This is her life every day. She's not enjoying anything. She could potentially hurt someone, an innocent child or anybody. If she's that out of control NOW, on her day out, imagine her being triggered or mad. I worked with mentally ill people for many years and she needs to be under supervision. Autism or whatever she has. The tourists don't know her or if she's dangerous or joking or whatever. Neither do the guards. Her agitation causes the horses to get agitated. She needs medication or a medication change, etc. For her and for people around her

not 'atypical' behavior - I watch another well known channel almost every day and have never seen this girl at Horse Guards - kind of reminds me of the laughing lady they eventually banned -

She needs to stop running the horses nose. That seems it would annoy the horse. Definitely something off.

The vast majority of mentally ill people are not violent, even those whose behavior is not typical. A lot of violent people look “normal“ like the people we work or go to school with, share a neighborhood with, and go shopping with everyday. She seems anxious and visibly calms down when near the horses. I suspect their non-judgmental acceptance is comforting and soothing to her.

She wasn't doing any harm. No crap comments please, she was enjoying herself.
