Wow~ it's uncanny, not just the resemblance, but their voices, mannerisms, etc. Actually called my husband in to show him, see if he could tell who they were. No brainer there. Glad to see they are PT Asst's- following in those footsteps, never a bad thing when it's helping humanity so much. =)

My dad is 60 and he still builds houses. He does most of the work by himself. He's had a lot of injuries over the years, but he still keeps going even though he's in pain. The best thing you can do is work up to it and not force yourself to do too much at once. And if you can't get back to where you were that's still okay. Just do what you can not what you can't. And you still have to keep your body healthy, especially as you get older. I miss being able to sleep without waking up with neck pain.

I love the information you provide on your videos and I want to thank you, both. I want to say, you have no idea how much you have helped me with years..., of living in pain. If I may suggest that you look into a small business that started out of Jill Rowe Casa' home in a little town of New Boston, TX of some of the best products and ingrediencies, all natural, GMO free, and Organic, that between your physical exercises and products of hers; Muscle & Joints, Magnesium rubs, Relief that you take by mouth, Elderberry, Antitoxin and Vitality has been, a God's send. This young lady knows her stuff and has done a lot of research as she has been battling Breast Cancer, then to find out too, that she was pregnant. This is what motivated her in researching a more holistic approach to taking care first hand in her health and the health of her family. This all started in her kitchen and still to this day with new products and ingrediency's. She uses only the very best products and essential oil. I promise you, both. You will not be disappointed in the products or the results. She touches many areas of both men and women. Like the two of you, she wants to help people get better, not just have people taking medications that have all sorts of side effects. She shares her information, gladly so if you want to do your own cross referencing you can. Have a great day, both of you!!! Stay healthy and out of Covid's harm’s way.

I suspect that the ones that use the knees a lot might be a bit too intense to start out with, due to how much weight his knees might already be having a difficult time with carrying, but the upper body exercises in this video might be good, such as the one that involves twisting the upper body. Bob & Brad have videos about knee strengthening that he might want to try gradually, too.
