Old age will destroy your sleep. You have to wake up during the night to pee and you will also get much less deep sleep. Old age will make you lonely and you only have deterioration and suffering to look forward to. No wonder most old people are depressed and grumpy. I think finding ways to cure aging and reverse it is more important than fixing climate change.

@Videos for Cats and Dogs, old age is not an illness so I don't think that there is/will be a "cure" for it. It is natural for people to grow old. We should just look for solutions on how to lessen the effects (the ones that you mentioned) that it has by being kind to others, like the woman in this video

I want to slap you. In no way was she nice to the man to get stuff off of him. She cared for the man as a person, the only woman/person whom understood the man out of everyone whom works at that cafe. The man went to see her on a daily cause she was the only one to actually make him happy even for the fact he could not show it.

God really is there for us if we humble ourselves and be kind throughout our life time, I become emotionally when I warch this clip. Full of wisdom

The best reward to her was not money, the house nor the car. It was his gratitude to her soul. He just expressed his all gratitude to her by giving her everything he had. Sometimes this world seems so cruel and cold. But sometimes the world seems beautiful.

He didn't have a cold heart. He was lonely and sad. I'm sure he's seen many tragic things. And it came out as grumpy. But hid his warm heart from rejection.

Arrogance comes along with lonliness..and tolerence cures lonely hearts...

That's it.I am 65 and now alone with no issues. A lonely person has hundreds of problems which others don't know. Singles never open up.They live in their stride. Thousands of thoughts of yesteryears hound them.They live in the past carrying themselves day to day.They also are mostly deprived of a sound sleep.It's circumstances.

It said he had children and a wife but they were distant. At least I think so. If that is the case then he gave the money to the waitress since she is the only figure he kept in comfortable contact with the whole time until his unfortunate death.

I used to drive tractors for my neighbor who is an old farmer who lives alone with his sister and they both had no kids but they own a huge cattle farm and thousands of acres of fields and I've always wondered what will happen with all their stuff when they pass

Exactly he gave it to a waitress.

my granddad was a garderner at a retired ladys home and he would work from the heart like it was his house.the lady was from germany had no children lost her husband in the 80s and she lived in fiji her last will was her beautiful house to him.my granddad is 79 today and still lives there.i love this beautiful story.he always tell my mum to be humble loving and kind and most importantly to do everything from the heart.

A similar thing happened in malaysia many years ago.an old man appeared to a party in an effluent neighbourhood asking for food.the host gave him some food then and the old beggar thanked and walked away into the night.suddenly the kind man suddenly realised what an old beggar was doing in this part of town and at this unearthly hour.he rushed out to the gate and realised that the man was an angel to test him.tq lord.

Very true, it works for me , when I was wrongly sent to prison some years ago, I was full of rage and vengeance I felt everyone is bad and I want to do some real bad thing to the people who wronged me, but to my surprise I met people who I never know who show me Love and pity over my situation since then I've been trying to make the world a better place with everything I got

Some may not understand the thoughts of an elderly person. But the elderly do have feelings and they do what they do. Look and observe. So she was rewarded his treasure. R.I.P. old timer.

Am crying the same thing happened to me i attended to client in a salon i was working i never knew she is from U. S. I remember when she entered the salon nobody wanted to attend to her i welcomed her offered a place n did her hair n she was so empressed. but now as am speaking she helps me financially i don't judge people no matter what i treat everyone equally black or white we all human

This video is so bittersweet; I am literally in tears. I TRULY DEEPLY DO believe in angels, and 'Grumpy' referenced in the video was one of them in disguise. God rest his soul. Who knows, God might have forgiven him for being a miser and rewarded him for that act of kindness of donating his savings, his house, and his car to that waitress. Also God bless that waitress for being so nice, so patient, and tolerant. R.I.P. 'Grumpy '.🙏

I wonder how her co-workers felt after that? The old saying or whatever you'd like to call it that treat people the way you want to be treated is one of those things you're taught in kindergarten. Now I admit, for me that was 3 generations ago, but I do remember that. A little bit of kindness never hurt anybody. I bet that girls co-workers never missed Walter coming in but to this young lady she was not only being kind but she cared.

This is one of the most heart-warming story I ever have heard.The narrator is superb and she made the story look as if I am in movie theater watching a true life story.Yes of course it's a true life story.I am shearing tears profusely.
