There used to be a guy who came into my city's emerg often with candles up his ass, it happened so frequently that one of the nurses finally asked why he kept doing this, and this man replied that he just really liked the feeling of a nurse pulling the candle out of his ass.

Omg I was falling asleep to the podcast then woke up mid when Andrew was talking about Helix Sleep. I woke up scared after hearing “Rude” and the words “asleep” “podcast”. I enjoy sleeping to the podcast for the reason that it helps me relax, cool down, and clear the mind. Instead of constant haunting thoughts I have the official podcast to ease my nights. Who needs melatonin? You don’t put me to sleep as in your boring but think of it as rocking a baby. Happy thoughts :)

Life advice, from my own experience: Alternate each morning between eating a bowl of insoluble and soluble fiber, such as, say, mini wheats on monday and oatmeal on tuseday. Got the consistency of harder fiber cushioned by the softness of softer fiber. I've been in Kaya's shoes, and changing over to this strat has worked perfectly for me so far.
