Jericho and Sting having the faceoff of a lifetime only reminds me of the biggest missed opportunity of all time: Sting vs Undertaker. What an amazing storyline that would have been. AEW hasn't been all that interesting for me in a long time but THIS looks amazing already.

I think Jericho was working when he said he has no interest in a match with Sting. I think this is the beginning of the epic build toward a big Jericho versus Sting match, and I'm all for it. If you told me back in 2000, when I first started watching pro wrestling actively, that Chris Jericho and Sting wouldn't meet face-to-face in a wrestling ring until this day in 2023, I wouldn't have believed that. Now, it's truly a reality - only AEW can bring such a scenario to fruition, even though it took decades to happen.
