Yeah I think to test ur tier u need to see them play with 50 ping or lower

Basically when Mr Virus plays with highping its mostly prediction based and he still won but now that he has low ping its basically he can see the future now

because there are fewers players in oce region, typically as far as im aware most if not all the ht3s arent ht3. a tier tester on na told me that ht3 oce translates to roughly lt3 na and the difference here in na between lt3 and ht3 is actually quite large
