I think she’s probably inspired by Lola from looney tunes, what with how her bunny ears are tied up to look like hair. Also, Lola had a huge crush on Bugs Bunny since Space Jam(1996). Both Panini and Chowder are some weird rabbit characters like Lola and Bugs so it seems probable the creator based her design off of Lola, just much cuter and younger.
