I have noticed one thing in the Chinese drama... No matter how good the chemistry is between the main couples... Still they would never cast both of them again... I have really no clue why is like that... In thai series if we ship someone so hard that they get us season 2... But never seen in Chinese dramas

I think because of the fandoms. In China , if the idol/actor's fans do something wrong, they will be one to pay the price of it. So, to avoid these problems they avoid to make drama with the same leads so fans they will not ship so hard to do something crazy because at certain point the the leads cannot interact with each other normally in public eye. If you didn't know something like that already happen with Xiao Zhan. I think all of us know about his drama " The Untamed " where he has to act along with Wang Yibo. As already know the story is aspired from a bl drama but the direction to avoid problem with the censorship in China, they avoid to show direct romance but through some gests or actions. Then some fans, I don't know to which fandom they belong but they found out a website where many people write novel and so on. And they found someone to write a story that is aspired from the drama and one of the character has the same name of Xiao Zhan. And what they did these people, they reported and from that second the storm started. Xiao Zhan went through a mess like losing many brands and so on. In fact, for almost one year , he disappeared from the public eye. And he return in the public eye with this drama if I am not wrong but the interaction with Wang Yibo is not normal as it was in past.

So , I thought that there will be one reason to not seen this couple again to act🥺. But , I really hope there will a chance to see this couple together again. They have a wonderful chemistry ❤. Literally , they do their act so well that it seems so real.

Same. I support Xiao zhan and i don't care who he goes with because it's his decision but it still breaks me. Like I'm still stuck with "the untamed" in my head so i can't possibly act happy with them even though I'm happy to see Xiao being happy. Wang yibo and Xiao zhan were just friends and i don't think we should ship them because well... It's just not okay. ✨
