As per my experience we are able to get our duty and leave based on our request. Need to inform them prior and get the leave sanctioned.

Dear Sister.Australia has its own advantage .UK has its own advantage.I work in an orthopaedic Ward in UK, I have seen most of the Hard jobs are done by the HCAS.Especially Manual Handling.If we work more than 40 hrs per week same like Australia in UK U will get the same as Aus.Be comfortable where ever you are .

the salary in Australia is almost the double salary in UK . I Don't think you can earn it just by doing a bank shift .

It depends on the area where you attend interviews. If you want to work on ICU and have ICU experience attend ICU interviews. Year 6 means my years of experience. Currently I have a total of 6 years experience. When we do our ANMAC it will be written there based on that hospital select .

The 12 hr shift is only applicable for ICU staff . All Other areas are compulsory 8hr shift .

Private Gp and insurance is available in the UK. Its good that you are young but when you get more older the insurance premium gets high. Is schools free? does child benefits available for you? I heard it is easy for employer to fire someone in Australia. Whats the benefit moving to Australia apart from big rooms and garden.

I have lived in uk for more than 4 years I have never gone to private GP’s there . School education is free for those who hold PR in Australia. I never heard someone has been fired from job here unless there is a valid reason. We have clid benefits here as well after getting PR. Both countries has there own pros and cons .

@@happinessaround127 Thanks for your response. You haven’t been to private GP in UK because you have a free healthcare service so most of us are using free healthcare. I am asking to understand. Apart from big garden and room. what’s the benefit of moving to Australia from the UK ? Is it better for children? Is it better for work? From your video I understood in UK you are doing 12 hour shift so less travelling time and more family time. You are working 5 days more expense with transport, less family time. Quality of life for children and parents significantly decreased right?

I do agree with you.. This 5 days per week shift is not really helpful for people like me atleast, the family is priority and spending time for kids.. When money is the manipulator.. No wonder 😂

I think it’s easy to get job in ICU if you have done ICU post graduation.

Incharge nurses ayit direct recruit cheyarundo ? Or initially is it necessary that all have to work as staff nurses even if we have more than 8 yrs exp .

Currently I am working in ICU . I am not permanent over there . They take the staff who have completed ICU course as permanently. If you want to work in ICU try to attend ICU interviews.
