Conors run to the top was the best run to watch. Hands down.

Yes but those are western fighters, he good as far as they go but eastern fighters are another breed, Connor got battered like no other fighter got battered before, khabib is on another level.

The determination displayed in this video is what Conor would have to tap into in order to even resemble his former glory... but when you have a half a billion dollars in the bank and new addictions and endless distractions,,, it's basically impossible

His time is done, but he made a great mark on the mma history. That is something money can not buy. I hope he doesnt go out in a shit way if he didnt already. im not even a conor bandwagon goon. i just respect guys making the sport big. and he earned that spot, like many other legends.

For all those people that were in the 02 that night I'm sure you remember how drenched in beer we all got once Conor knocked Brandao out, one of the best nights I've ever had.

@@NBOBABY Thats what seperates the GOATS. They get to the top, have money and then have to fight off challenges who want that. Staying as hungry as them. Conor made a ton on top and all but left the sport. Understandable. No saying how great he could have been but he set his family up for ever.

After all the years of hype it is nice to see it from his perspective. My closest experience would be USMC. The 'this totally sucks' outweighs the glory most days. And I think that is what he felt from this, but he felt he had to do it.

This was the first mcgregor fight that I watched. I saw a lot of hype around him on a forum, was on vacation at the beach, and decided to check it out and watch it on a laptop. I remember thinking Well hes legit....was a fan ever since. maybe not so much post floyd/khabib. but this run was my favorite time ive been an mma fan

As an Irish man myself, I can say this; if you're going to come back then just do it already. Nothing worse than waiting for something that's never gonna happen. Either do it or retire.

Hunger gave him the drive to succeed. Success gave him the distractions which led to his downfall.
He should atleast win a few fights then retire,maybe 2-3.. the roaster's full of killers and he is past his prime.. still a legend in the sport tho

People think that just bc he came in and killed 2 divisions that was his “prime” I don’t see that I think when Conor dedicates himself to the sport and trains like he isn’t the wealthy multi time millionaire is when he’s at his best. The roster I don’t believe has anything to do with it bc it’s the fight world and there isn’t ever a guarantee of that guy/girl is gonna win

In an alternative universe, Connor didn’t get distracted by money and Money Mayweather, maintained his discipline and beat Khabib with striking.
I wish she still lived there and he walked around at a light weight like that if he fought at 1:55 at his walk around 145 wait he would still be up there he is way too heavy now after the Khabib fight maybe right before he was walking around too heavy it killed his cardio that he did have
