I was playing a a couple days after this video dropped and it turns out the court was slippery in general and it wasn’t the shoes, people wearing PG 2’s and Lebron 19’s were having more trouble than me keeping grip

Flame review by a real hooper (finally). I find the kd 15s like a slightly better cushion version of the kobe 11 but i enjoy the court feel more that the kobe 11 offers. Subbed & nice touch showing your game u be feasting 😭

@@wholelottabuckets I used my kd 15 for like 7 games outdoor and I can tell he aged like 2 months on those games lol, especially the outsole, it started to lose grip. So since I can't hoop on indoor courts I decided to put him on his box and hoop on some low budget running shoes. I feel bad for my kd, poor guy tried his best. :(

Nah I never had any heal slippage and yeah the cushion has improved since the video it’s probably the most comfortable shoe I’ve played in

Just found some at nordstrom rack for 70$, will be definitely trying to update this comment every now and then to see how long it lasts. Keep in mind i only use them maybe 1-2 times a week for 2-3 hrs at a time. BTW thanks for the review!

@@ntclpz honestly the traction is top tier, cushion was AVG for me compared to my other shoes like Dame 8s, Dame 7s, and Zoom separates. I'd say get KD15s if you can at a discounted price because its pretty worth it IMO!

nah no way nike would accept this for a return. this guy ran a train on these kd 15. be real with me here, cuz im actually interested in the answer, would nike really still accept those kd 15 if he was to return it? cuz if so, then im 100% doing it wrong. i need to buy my shoes straight from nike retail/online from now on. I would rather stress test my shoes and have the option to return it after a decent test run (within 60 day period) than saving a couple of money from a non-nike store that has a more stringent return policy.

I suggest you dont lift in your playing shoes since it makes them go bad much faster, uses the compression of the foam up.

Or maybe everyone has different toes and preference ? I found them wayyy too narrow in the forefoot and the whole shoe is very rigid, feels like wearing a winter boot. If you like heavy shoes and you have narrow foot why not but if you like more minimalist and low to the ground shoes don't buy them.

@@wholelottabuckets simply put, u see pro dunker would try LAY-UP bare foot and maybe dunk a little, before they put on shoes dont have to be technical but you can just warm up by stimulate the excercise just like how you ball, get a ball go slowly lay-up, or warm-up dribbling excercises, with low intensity. they find a good "spot"- thats when you put on shoes and do the norms, This trains your tendors and your "brain connection to function physically". plus your pull-up is so similar to KD, so just study KD cross-over, get a hold on the rhythm and flow with it- that's the KD15 watershape side guards design n KD ig picture.
