@A Half Assed Username Well 20mm were the ones most widely used for low- medium altitude AA work wasn't it? So it was most likely that. And 20mm HE ain't no joke fam the velocity those things hit your body at combined with the explosive power I believe could very easily turn you into nothing but mist. What weapon do you think was used?
The US Naval Handbook (2007) states: Parachutists descending from disabled aircraft may not be attacked while in the air unless they engage in combatant acts while descending. Upon reaching the ground, such parachutists must be provided an opportunity to surrender. Airborne troops, special warfare infiltrators, and intelligence agents parachuting into combat areas or behind enemy lines are not so protected and may be attacked in the air as well as on the ground. Such personnel may not be attacked, however, if they clearly indicate in a timely manner their intention to surrender.

Company of Heroes was the best RTS when it came out, and it still holds up today, it is just a great game, great sound as well, which was rather good for that time as well. I have not played this version, but it looks well done indeed.

Its bailed pilots that german or allied pilots didn't shoot, the germans, during market garden, engaged the polish paras while they dropped into their overrun drop zones

Love the content, left a like and actually clicked the bell for notifications, which I never do. Please keep up the great videos! Btw, legal or not.. if I'm in a war and I see a few thousand enemy paratroopers slowly floating down on my position you can be damn sure I'd be trying to shoot them before they hit the ground. They're coming to end my life..why the hell would I wait til they can get a fair start??

Raptor - I click the like button for you even if I am not thrilled by it! Question, what are your 2 favorite mods for MOW AS2, and where is the best place to find them? The Archie Bunker line was funny to me, but then I'm an old guy, lol.
Men of Wars Direct control and individual soldier control is what, imo, makes it superior to Company of Heroes. No doubt, COH is a GREAT game that ive dumped ALOT of hours into, but I think MoW is the superior game. Its ALOT fking harder though, only play it when I feel like wanting to work that hard. Carentan was fking HARD lol. Even when I played it on normal. The StuGs basically just blow the crap out of everything. Even in my mod, where I take the time to deploy defenses all over, the StuGs still just basically walk over everything. THe start to this mod looks like it cut out some of the useless stuff. It kept close to the spirit of the mission without ripping it off. Good work. This mod is missing the Paratrooper's 57mm Recoilless Rifle. The Rangers in CoH get teh double Bazooka launchers.....I know full well cuz the AI in my mod, all they call in is Rangers.....dear god is it annoying.

For case of pilots, if he fall to his own homeland then the opposing side would shoot him while in parachute, it's a warcrime tho but considered to be wised, idk ?

I was a para, and they told us that it was against the convention to shoot at paratroopers because we were considered non combattants until on the ground. Though they quickly followed that with, 'if you think the enemy is going to let you land unopposed in their back yard, then think again' lol having said that I haven't read the articles of war in the convention so maybe they were just shitting with us lol

Good gameplay video. Oh it’s sorta a war crime to shoot at paratroopers who are descending from planes it was from the 1949 Geneva convention. Firing on airborne forces who are descending by parachute is not prohibited.
I'm pretty sure it's not against the Geneva convention to shoot down paratroopers but it is against it to shoot down pilots when they deploy their parachutes.

It is not illegal to kill Airborne infantry when they are falling but but if it is a fighter pilot or bomber crew it is illegal to kill them

Seriously why are these videos being targeted l..this isn't political. I'm glad you said something. Unfortunately I don't get to catch every video but genuinely curious why these are target.
