The "NIBBA NIBBI" trend |

I don't see many people talking about this. We need to give more importance to the mental health of kids too. That means having THESE "uncomfortable" conversations because regardless of whether you think it is valid or not, kids do have crushes and go through heartbreak as well.
Hi! I'm Divija Bhasin (awkwardgoat3 on instagram). I'm a counselling psychologist and I'm trying to create more awareness about mental health in a fun and entertaining way!

Because of the critisism all around. I judged myself so much for having a relationship as a teen, when I went to therapy for the first time I remember how uncertain I was about telling my therapist that I had a relationship as a teen and that was only because what we are taught "tum ek bigde huye bacche ho agar tumhara koi boyfriend ya girlfriend hai toh" people don't even realise how badly it's going to impact the self image of the kid.

@@armyengene888 so most people here in India believe that a kid is really spoiled if they have a girlfriend or a boyfriend and it is said in a very demeaning way.

Every word in this video is so true. Young relationships also help people in knowing what traits and values they would like in their partner. Moreover it is so fun to experience butterflies at 14.(actually at any age)

Divija di , you dont even know how you are inspiring and educated people and making help in their personal growth This topic is very sensitive and mostly people dont agree with it they believe that only bad kids who do not want to make a career do engage in relationships in teen, but thats not true , because of the fear they just hide the relationship from their parents because parents dont create a healthy environment for their feelings they Just close the door for them to experience They don't understand that if they will close the door the child will jump out of the back window and they wont even get to know about it

100% true ..so well said mam .. really huge respect HUGE ... The mentality has gotten so worse that even adult support (which is rare, but lucky to experience it)..the teen still questions and like is in self doubt becuz of their critical upbringing...it sounds weird but ..hua hai ..hm

Hey Pls do a QnA vid plss .... Have a lot of doubt in the psychology career , and if u r making one pls consider my questions 1. Clinical psychology or psycologist ? 2. What pay can we expect as fresher and after experience? 3. When we work under someone what work we are doing during that time? 4. Is it really worth, are we getting the amount in return which we paying in education and intership ? 5. And as u are a psychologist where do u conduct ur sessions ? I hope u do consider this lots of love ❤❤
