What anxiety really feels like ? My own experience| psychology|

This video will focus on the signs and symptoms of anxiety which were experienced by me while I was suffering from it. It is hard to openly accept on a public platform about your mental health history and I aim to completely remove stigma of sharing it with the world. Hope it helps to uncover your issues with the disorder and helps you to understand it more profoundly.

    Yes, not being able to find fulfillment and long lasting contentment from any hobby or activity that a person would enjoy under normal circumstances, many people start finding comfort in eating the meals they love not realising when they begin to overeat.
