Knowing the SELF (I) make Sense .. But knowing the past life and such things are nonsense, I think .. what to do with that past scenes ? It'll only add on more caoes and complexities in our mind stuff .. In other's cases the past lifes might not be so auspicious or nice like Lena's past life .. 😂 Mind should be calm, peaceful and light enough to fly to the higher realms and touch the SELF or The TRUTH and dissolve ... then The Purest SELF shines forth .. Lena very articulate. Lena use high sound words like self realization or enlightment or whtever she may call it, nd she further says it is everybody's birth right. Even if she really believe in it, my simple question is wht she's going to do with it. In my opinion there's no such thing as self realization bcoz there's no Self nd there's nothing to realize. So naturally lena fooled herself and started fooling others. But by fooling others she got one thing. Popularity. So let her continue non existent spirituality😂

The realization is that the thing that we are so possessive about - the self - actually does not exist separate from others. Self is an illusion within consciousness. Lena seems to have realized that consciousness or awareness alone is the primary fact and that the seemingly real contents within consciousness are illusory
