Remakes I want to see in following: 1. Golden Sun 1+2 hd2d (dark dawn in new 3d) 2. Mother Trilogy in 3d like Link’s Awakening 3. DK 64 Remake 4. A New Conker game (maybe a family friendly one) 5. Rare and Nintendo should come together to make the dropped Astro Mouse game and include Pipsy from Diddy Kong Racing as a main character 6. Banjo and Kazooie (all and any games)

Getting a remake of Mother or Mother 2 would be awesome. Perhaps then we'll finally get Mother 3... Hey. I guy can dream, no?

Remake “The Legend of Zelda”, “Zelda II The Adventure of Link”, “Ocarina of time” I’d like to play those with good graphics.

They could always just to an HD remaster of Super Mario 64 DS and Ocarina of Time 3D

@@vianabdullah2837 i mean if you think a 13 year old, 480p low poly remake of an N64 game is “modern” then suit yourself. and i don’t get you saying that it takes up dev time. every game does. it’s not like if they remade this the main zelda team wouldn’t be doing anything else, it would be a different team, from a 2nd party studio not owned by nintendo, like how three did for Ocarina of Time and Majora’s Mask 3D from Grezzo.

I presume there will be a Zelda remake launched together with the Zelda movie. They won‘t miss that opportunity to cash in twice. 😉

I understand this might be a bit of a stretch, but I'd like to see a re-make of Star Fox Adventures. Hopefully with Krystal's backstory in place, new mechanics, side-quests, more interactions with other characters, a proper boss fight with General Scales in addition to Andross, and just a very connective story to tell in addition to the gameplay.

Fire Emblem Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn on one cart. For Earthbound, they could finish and release the game that was in development for the N64DD.

The next remake to me is of Fire Emblem Geneology of the Holy War. It’s been strongly hinted at through Engage and from credible leakers in fact the leak that had Engage in it said it was being worked on

I'm just glad that Super Mario RPG for the Switch. Getting to play that game was a blast.

I'm still holding out for StarTropics, Secret of Evermore, and Ogre Battle 64: Person of Lordly Calibur.

Would live to see a remake of Super Metroid, Golden Sun, the Oracle games, any of the Mother series. One game that deserves a mention though is Chrono Trigger, would love to see a remake of that game.

I think we should get remakes that wouldn't alter the gameplay too drastically. For example a remake of Super Metroid in Dreads style it would be cool to have that moveset but Samus is a lot more fluid with better control and more freedom in Super. So having free aiming added to her already perfect mobility would be grounds for a remake.

I’d be happy with a few 3DS or Wii/Wii U ports. Remakes may offer more, but ports are also great.

I would love to see a modern Ocarina of Time and Majoras Mask on the next Nintendo console. A new remake/remaster of the original Zelda would be neat also.

Smt4 and apocalypse would be my big wish; next would be a remake of a 2d Metroid or Zelda

A remake of Ocarina many happen on the new switch ready next year. A remake of Super Metroid or DKCountry 1 2 and 3 would be insane. A remake of the Oracles or Zelda1 and 2 are probably happening.

I want to see Super Mario Galaxy 2 come to the Switch and released in the Spring for this year.

basically most N64 games need a remake. Ocarina of Time, Majoras Mask, and Mario 64 being the absolute musts. a remake of both OOT and MM in one package (since they’re both on the same engine and reuse the large majority of assets) would be great. and giving us master quest from the beginning would be good. if they remake Mario 64, adding potentially all the content from 64 DS; and a true multiplayer mode. then also maybe some cut levels from mario 64 2 that never came out.

The term remaster and remake have become interchangeable now a days, I remember when Mario 3 on the SNES was considered a remake of Mario 3 on the NES, yet the gameplay was the same. I consider Metroid Prime on the switch a remake and not a remaster. To me, remasters are games ported in a higher resolution and or higher frame rate. Another example would be 3d world on the Wii U getting a remastered on the switch and including an extra game.

As much as Super Metroid really doesn't need a remake, I'd welcome one if they decide to do so. Resident Evil 4 needed a remake even less yet nobody complained when that game got remade, why should anyone complain if they remake Super Metroid?

@leemartin1417 Quite frankly I'd settle for anything that doesn't disgrace the franchise like Other M and Federation Force.

We need a Remake of Star Fox Assault. Its is a game on the gamecube that had all the right ideas but came out in the wrong time. It's a sequel game that expands the gameplay and story in a way that has potential for the series if nintendo actually stuck with a play style for once. It would be a great opportunity introduced people to starfox with a story that's not 64 while also not having the game be sabotaged by hardware gimmicks like Zero. There is already signs of strange activity that could possibly point to Assault getting a remake. For one, we saw that last year Nintendo made a brand NEW trade mark for Star Fox (not renewed it but made a new one) kind of weird to do if you aren't doing anything with it currently. Secondly Bandai Namco has been working on a remake of an old 3D action nintendo game for a while now. Some people think its kid icarus because Sakurai and bandai worked on smash which to be honest is kind of weak in comparison to bandai Namco actually developed Assault back when it was just Namco. Also no new game this entire generation, wtf?

I would rather a Star Fox Adventures Remake

Instead of remaking a Link to the past Id much rather see a brand new Zelda using the graphical style of Tunic. Could you imagine a world double the size of a ALTTP but using the Tunic style engine!! That would look amazing!! We could get the regular Breath of the wild open world zelda and then also ALTTP style !!

A Zelda oracles remake with the third version and a Metroid game & watch with super Metroid.

It probably won’t happen but I would like Super Metroid, Metroid Fusion and Metroid Zero Mission remade in Dread’s engine along with a remastered Metroid 2 Remake. The other game I’d like is Super Mario Sunshine. We got a remastered version but after I played it, it did not live up to my childhood memories. There’s a lot of flaws in the game that could be fixed with a ground up remake.

I get that you were probably joking, but I actually see potential in Zelda CD-i games to get remade in a more serious tone. The original games were so silly, bizarre, and creepy due to the budget they had. Higher budget remakes could help their concepts and stories to finally be fully realized. I remember fan somewhere on the net once tried to create a concept for a more serious toned version of Wand of Gamelon I believe. The games do have pretty decent and fun gameplay for Cd-i games. It's the silly voice acting, cutscenes, and playability issues to due to the Cd-i problems that hurt the reputation of those games. And that was mostly due to timespan of development and budget.

@@justinterry8894 lol! Yes!😂 It'd be nice to finally be able to play through a version of Zelda's Adventure that is actually playable and enjoyable. The story, gameplay, and concept is good. But they're all held back by time, budget, and Cd-i issues due to those same other two things. Nintendo needs to get over their trauma of those games and find a way to pull off getting those games remade!
