Can you over other brands? Specifically Irwin fitness which is a Rogue level quality made in Canada brand and Gorilla fitness which is another made in Canada brand (also in the US) that manufacturers products individually for each order?

My biggest pet peeve with us companies was the exorbitant prices shipping for Canada. It's really exciting to see a Canadian company making comparable quality items to the big 3 and for hopefully less cost as well.

What a fun - laid back interview, Well Done. Big fan of BOS, I think they've always been above board and honest with what they deliver and have done nothing but improve throughout the years.

Thank you for reviewing this company. I found a rack setup that I liked from Rep, but shipping was about $1000 (to Western Canada). I couldn't justify paying that much in shipping so its great to learn that there are Canadian companies that can fill this void without a major sacrifice in quality.

That manual treadmill sled/farmer carry is lowkey the coolest thing teased. Hopefully it's at a better price point than the others currently on the market.

I heard on their live instagram stream that it would be around the $5000 range. They want it to be in the higher quality tier with a bunch of features.

Lots of cool stuff. This was awesome!

Great video I can’t wait to see what they come up with and hopefully you make it back to Canada when they launch some other cool items!

Another Great job Gluck and Wynie, Hey, Bells of Steel looks like a promising company I'm learning more about this company from U and honestly their equipment is very sharp, it looks Fantastic and I did not realize how much high end equipment they offer. Much appreciation for showing us so much about this company. U have turned me into a Bells of Steel fan and I will be looking at them first when I make my next purchase. I really like the videos that include Wynie, she adds that special touch. Y'all make a Great team

New BoS customer. My full gym comes next week. Almost 11k of equipment. Happy to be able to use an affordable option from Canada that is deadly quality. Will start to put the equipment full some paces by xmas hopefully!

Yep. Directly compatible with Rogue, not another metric rack.

Just bought their trap bar, it’s basically perfect for my needs. It’s nice to have a middle of the road option. I would have bought their plates, but it still seems that Rogue of all companies still has the best $/lb deals on plates.

I like how BOS is fitting that niche just like REP but a little more affordable price. Innovative brand new products, but several that are more affordable without totally ripping off the original innovator like that T company...

Gosh Lee if they make a 3x3 1 inch leg attachment that could work with a competitor rack I’m sold

i have their pullup bar and it's a very solid product.

I definitely want to see more of the Cable Tower Squat Stand. I really want a functional trainer and have a tight space in my basement, and this seems like the smallest footprint design I have seen. I have their Blitz Bike, original Belt Squat machine, and Bare Naked Power Bar, and would definitely purchase more items from them.

Some of those attachments are sick. The roller monos and the leg extension, particularly. If they increase the adjustment range on the leg extension and make the bad larger, it could also double as a reverse-hyper.

Check out the “Isolator” by Bulletproof Fitness.

The only thing I want Bells of Steel to add is bulk shipping options (free shipping with pick up at select locations in each province) above a certain price point (e.g., $1500-2000, etc.), like at least one of their Canadian competitors offers. There's definitely a full set of Bells' awesome-tolerance steel plates in my future (+/- 1%). Bells are definitely the best bang and accuracy for the buck for steel plates in Canada. Actually, a stainless power bar is next request... :O), but only if it crushes the competition's prices. I like what this Company is doing.

Have their light commercial rack with multiple add ons, reverse hammer machine, plyo box and arch nemesis bar. Working on equipping my home personal training studio and spent countless hours researching different brands and couldn't find a better value. All quality products at good prices.....not to mention free shipping! Only regret is now seeing their new racks coming out and I've already spent all my money. Will be saving up and buying more from them in the future.

Correct. The Hydra also won't launch with as many attachments though it would have more holes on the sides of the uprights. For some that matters, for many it doesn't.

I absolutely luv that their hydra rack has a 72" rack height option for low ceilings...But, honestly, where do they fit in exactly??? They are more expensive then Titan X3 rack (colored), have no color options, and only a bit cheaper then a rep fitness PR4000 (colored)...given those options, I'm going with the REP fitness, if i want to save money I'm going with the Titan X3 and at least Titan includes j-hooks.

Do Bells of steel have different/wider handles for the jammer arms/lever arms? I would be interested in that.

What's your cage size? I have two different cages and I use hulkfit lever arms. If you only have a 2 inch cage then they have a version that will be a little bigger but you can use spacers. If you have a 3X3 cage they also have level arms for 1 in holes. Hope that helps

Son of a Gun! I was looking at functional trainers today (Black Friday and all) and was reminded of BOS... now I'm truly intrigued! Even before wathiching this video, I was pretty much sold on BOS, either the FT (15% off) or the Lat Pull (no BF deal 😞 ???) = both beauties! But NOW that I saw this vid and the teaser of the plate-loaded Lat Pull, I may need to wait... UNLESS BOS would like to shoot me a discount for the stacked Lat...?!?!?! (and work in an affiliate deal for you of course.... can you make a call?! ;-)

I think I’m gonna buy that hero bench.

The Hydra and Manticore rack looked cool. Very interested to see how well my Rogue stuff fits. I enjoy the lat pulldown and honestly a lot of stuff. Wish I could get my hands on their new urethane dumbbells for my gym!

@@GlucksGym Did you get a chance to try out the chest-supported pad attachment. I've wanted a bulldog pad from sorinex forever but I think I'm going to get the bells one. The Manticore is especially cool. The berserker attachment for the landmine is also super cool, although it looks like it would be hard to get overhead to press from the floor with the neutral grips.

What are they doing to compete with Rep's new releases?

BOS is basically Titan level pricing with mostly Rep level quality in Canada. Of course jumping from BOS to Rep in Canada isn't a significant price jump (maybe $50-200 more on similar products). The real value in BOS is their local pickup options. The value in Rep is that shipping is free and you get innovative products with guaranteed high quality, made in North America equipment, and better customer service. Rogue Canada meanwhile is very expensive for not muh better quality and is behind on pricing compared to local brands like Irwin fitness (made in Canada) or Gorilla fitness (made in Canada with manufacturing for each order taking 3-4 weeks to delivery and also in America now). Really BOS and Rep are the 2 major value players in the Canadian market, Rogue is the hyped up brand it is in America but with even less value, and Irwin/Gorilla fitness are 2 high end brands that fill the Rogue role. Not sure how BOS they stack up in the American market but it seems like they have the same pricing as Rep there.

@@you8myrice at the time they had free shipping. It was a temporary thing. Although now the base prices for many products have also went up for both these brands despite "black Friday sales" currently running. So I am back to ordering any new equipment from the US website and picking it up at the border which ends up saving hundreds even for something like a single barbell.

I just think it's hilarious to be afraid of having prices lower. I have the blitz 2.0 bike and I wouldn't get any other one because I wouldn't want pay that type of money. Of course there's a market for lower price products. Been going to Walmart for decades and that's for a reason even though now I'm able to shop at more expensive places.... But why? Personally I grew up poor so I never developed the taste for caviar equipment. Quality lower price equipment will always make more money if the people are educated on where to shop. I don't know if people know about bells of steel because the affiliate boys on KZread have more flashy reviews on the hiring market and of course they have their affiliate links

Outsourcing your manufacturing (and thus, tech) to a Chinese factory to save money, only to have a (or maybe the same) Chinese factory straight jack it, then try to sell it back... now that's brutal irony.
