I .. i'm sorry, and i might be very wrong (as i'm not super smart) but i'm not sure what you said, at least for the Eidolon6, is true ? Like, there's no way a skill neutral playstyle would have 100% uptime on the buff, or two DPS setup, unless she outspeeds both. Because her Eidolon6 just means the "natural turn" the DPS will have after the advanced foreward turn, will profit from the DMG%. Seele goes (no buff), Bronya E6 advances and buffs, Seele goes (buffed), *Seele's action value later* ..., Seele goes (still buffed), Bronya goes and by that point Seele isn't buffed ... right ?

If you use Bronya with E1 Sushang, you can really spam their skill. Both of them have similar speed advancement passive so it's really easy to align their turn back. My fav combo really. You can sushang skill (if enemy broken) /basic> Bronya skill > Sushang skill, ult, skill with only 2 sp (1 sp only if enemies broken from start).

Oh I tried this same team but with Sushang instead of QQ. Is it that good with QQ? Sounds like a really skill hungry team, but I have an e6 QQ who I've been investing a lot in anyways.

These sets came to me in a dream and are definitely why I have not been building my Bronya yet and not because resources are so dry.

IMO the most speed tuning you need is just getting speed substats on your DPS, and often with hunt characters you dont need any speed. Bronya can (effectively) double the number of turns that your DPS takes, and because their turn is forced to be directly after bronya, they'll synched the whole battle. Skill point neutral DPS works well, you can basic on non-bronya turns and use skill during that sweet sweet 75% damage increase. Best part for me is that, as long as your dps is faster than bronya, theres zero reason to build speed on them if you go for skill spam (because their speed will basically be stuck revolving around bronya's speed) but its not like its a downside, because you get double turns, and almost double damage on skills and ults.

@@marcheheart4228 if he's slower than Bronya, try and get a few speed substats on him. If he's faster than Bronya, you don't need to do anything with substats. If you're lazy and don't feel like doing substats garbage then get speed boots for Blade. If you *really* feel like it, you can get speed boots on both Bronya and your DPS (blade) and just not get as many levels on Bronya's speed boots for easy tuning (just have her, once again, slower than your DPS). Wind set might mess stuff up sometimes, but you're going to only use Ult when buffed by Bronya anyways so not really

The 6% speed buff of the new support set makes her faster than my blade I need to get so many speed substats to give him a bonus 15 speed to catch up

I don't have Bronya but have a friend bronya that happens to be just a bit slower than my Seele. It's fun because Seele goes nuts, does her thing, on the off chance anything isn't dead Bronya skills to get her another turn and we start all over again :)

Actually came in clutch, was finding guides for Bronya cause I felt she needed work. But now that I've watched this, I guess I'll hold off building her and wait for the new sets to come.

My bronya with purple boots with only 115 speed lmao.

I’ve actually been using the ice damage set for her. It increases her crit damage by 25% after ulting, which innately adds more crit damage to the buff she gives allies. She doesn’t want to move first, so I just never bothered with speed except for on her boots to keep her ahead of the enemies but behind everyone else. Works out really well too, especially now that I have Blade they’re doing amazing work.

Tbh I don't even build bronya correctly (which is why I'm here) but she does work really well with blade.

Rerolled for Bronya, no regrets. The Seele + Bronya pairing feels right both gameplay wise and story wise The math for fast/slow Bronya was really interesting. I Intuitively went for slow bronya and it works really well, but I'll transition to fast bronya once I can fix everything. I believe its better to outrun fast deadly bosses that you really want Bronya skill for (e.g. Kafka)

My personal take, but the wind set are actually MADE specially for bronya. the advance forward is actually a good thing for 2 reasons: 1. you get 2 turn buff for using her ultimate 2. you want your bronya to be right BEFORE the dps meaning that the usual spam skill rotation would be: dps > bronya > bronya ult> ult&skill buffed dps > x > x >ult buffed dps > bronya > skill buffed dps notice that if you're using her ultimate, 1 turn of the ultimate buff goes to the unbuffed dps. but with the wind set, it would be: dps > bronya > bronya ult > ult&skill buffed dps > x > x > bronya > ult&skill buffed dps your dps can fully utilize both ultimate and skill buff twice. you don't have to worry about the adv forward ruining your rotation since the second skill will realign them back. this equates to 1 less dps turn but more damage overall. even more so for dps that frontload their damage like Danheng, Yanqing, or Seele. although that new set do look very promising, we'll have to see how it is after it releases

@@guobacertified Seele is harder to manage thats true. you just don't want to be using skill every turn/resurgence. keep it only under bronya's buff or both bronya's and resurgence. the case is a bit different for clearing mobs, as you want to be more flexible to get faster cycle. so this doesnt apply. but the point still stands that your seele can utilize both of bronya ult and skill buff for 3 turns, counting her own ult.

bronya is the only remaining non-limited 5* that im continuing to build and use other than tank/healer roles(gepard/bailu) so thank you for this

Thanks for explaining the Action Advanced math. I knew it was better than speed buffs but didn't know exactly why. Brax's analogy of cutting in a line (Action Advanced) vs Short line (Speed Buffs) made sense but didn't really explain it well.

You can use fast Bronya with a slow dps. This is what I do with Jing Yuan when paired with her. Bronya is fast enough to get in front of LL after a basic so she can advance forward Jing Yuan to attack again.

I've always wanted to have artifact sets in genshin that just straight out gives crit stats. well at least star rail got it covered. I'll likely be farming the effect res planar set for my abundance characters since there's nothing more annoying than your healer/cleanser getting cc'd, plus it gives bonus crit dmg to allies which is just too good. then the spd relic set for my harmony characters.

@@gabrielgelen767 it does, but the crit part of the new 4 pc artifact set seems to be very kit-specific, like tailor-made for a certain future character and thus very limiting. on the current roster, xiao on burst can gain its 3 crit stack easily, but its 2 pc effect hardly benefits him at all.

@@geebeepmanyou can trigger the new set easily on hu tao by running nahida as the 4th slot of her double hydro team and trigger burgeons. Even at 2 stacks, the set is better than shimenawa or crimson! Its awesome for me because I love playong on the edge and nahida definitely can push your hu tao to be on life support sometimes haha

Hey, don't know if you mentioned this scenarion, but that's how i am using Bronya atm: Turn Order: Healer Basic ATK: +1 SP SP Neutral Support/Debuffer: +-0 Hypercarry-DPS Basic Atk: +1 SP Bronya Skill on Hypercarry: -1 SP Hypercarry-DPS Skill(+Ultimate if up): -1SP rinse and repeat So the Basic atk on the hypercarry isn't buffed anyways so his skill wouldn't do much anyways and it generates some Ultimate charge aswell. Bronya can get a 3 Turn Ult with 3x her skill. I am using her Signature Light Cone so my dps gets the ~90% Dmg increase Every turn while being Skill Point Neutral. I keep Bronya at 120 Speed and my hypercarry-DPS at 121+ Ofc some DPS like Seele can have much lower speed than Seele thanks to her Speed buffs, but that would just require some gear switching. What do you think of that?

Thank you for pointing out the versatility of skill. I feel like too many people have focused in on the damage boosts and have forgotten that she can give anyone an immediate turn. Like, yes, you want her to buff your high damage dealers. Sometimes it will be equally worthwhile to give a free turn to a healer or preservation unit to help save a teammate's life. Immediate turn order manipulation is so crazy for a turn based game.

Great guide, the best I've seen on Bronya. Sure, it came out later than some others, but it's not who's first, it's who's right. Nearly every other Bronya guide that came out near launch I think was done when general understanding about the game as a whole was lower, thus I saw a lot of information in there that seemed off to me. Almost none of them even entertained the idea of slow Bronya which I thought was weird considering her kit. Sure, if you just want a pure skill point supporter spamming Basic Attack, then fast Bronya is good, But I think that's kinda like taking a sports car and using it only to do grocery shopping. Bronya was designed for hypercarry enabling and slow Bronya is the way to do that easily for 99% of us. Like I said, great guide for a great character. She's probably my favorite character in the game right now. I think Silver Wolf is the best character in the game if you're going into a fight where your DPS are off element, that's pretty obvious. But Bronya is the best character in the game if you're going into a fight where you're DPS matches the element.

Well damn. I’ll be combing through those Fast Bronya spreadsheets for a while. I run an E1S1 Bronya with an ATK boots Himeko since I couldn’t get any decent speed boots and have really nice CV ATK boots. I run the team with two SP positive supports and yeah without E1S1 the team goes into a skill point recession.

It's the one part of the game's mechanics that absolutely is not clicking for me, but I feel like you're one of the only people to ever touch on it. I built her completely as a support for Blade, so her build is a bit non-standard. LC is Planetary Rendezvous, but I actually went with the Guard of Wuthering Snow 4 pc relic set so she could self sustain allowing Bailu to only have to focus on keeping Blade alive. I have plenty of speed to keep her ahead of the enemies and pull blade back up with just speed boots and a few sub-stats so no need for extra speed. Both Bronya and Bailu are running Broken Keel, to stack extra CD for both Blade and Bronya. Absolutely love team BBB.

LMK if i'm misunderstanding something, but even though you can extrapolate future turns with the same AV, what ends up happening is the vonwacq speed requirements for bronya fall off hard and approach the non-vonwacq speed targets. That means vonquack is much less impressive than it appears in the video (over a >8 cycle fight) and maybe doesn't deserve to appear next to keel and fleet in planar requirements. It doesnt help hit any energy breakpoints either.

I don't have Bronya yet, but I will probably pick her in the gauranteed standard pool when that comes up.

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like in the video you were suggesting that Alternating between skill and basic was Sp neutral for Bronya. Isnt this still sp negative since you are going to want a sp for the dps you advance forward? Is seems like her sp neutral rotation needs 2 basics between each skill.

Thats not how classifying works. She is SP Neutral. Her bringing her ally up doesnt change that, it just makes the team in general more SP heavy.

I already use this fast bronya(137+spd)&broken keel. Really helpful, especially when i use JY/even with bladie who is sp positive. Nice content.

Hmm you mean exact number, for example 124/130? I thought we already have it. When in battle, you can open up the stat page for your team. The actual energy value you have is stated somewhere around the ult for the character iirc.

I’m gonna be honest this has been so helpful because trying to understand AV and speed has been confusing as heck. My smooth brain does have a question though. How does Speed tuning work around a Seele with her e2 (allows two stacks of the speed buff basically making her uncontested in speed until someone can compete with that). Was the 1-2 speed behind her with that in mind?

A video comparing Mono-Imaginary and Mono-Quantum would be nice, Gouba. I've read Mono-Imaginary would be the better of the two so it would be nice to see pre-analysis before FX and Lynx comes/Loucha's banner phases out (and totally not because I'm still deciding on getting Loucha even with an invested Bailu and Gepard orz).

Quantum has the best break effect and Imaginary break is one of the worst for damage. Mono Quantum is a thing because Silver Wolf can force it in every single instance. Imaginary just doesn't and will suffer a lot for it. Did you just want to hear something to justify the Luchoa pull? He's certainly a good pull, just not force mono Imaginary.

@@Ser-- true, you cant simply use mono imaginary anywhere, specially in MoC . Mono works because of Silver Wolf, because she can manipulate weakness for the breaks and mono imaginary doesnt have that.

Is there even a reason to make mono imaginary in the first place tho (without silverwolf ofcourse)? Imaginary break is purely defensive, i believe you don’t need that if you already have Luocha as a healer. Imo it’s better to just add other supports than just limiting yourself to only play Yukong and Welt. You can pull Luocha for other reasons instead, his massive heals for example. Mono quantum with Silverwolf actually has a real advantage, it has 100% SW weakness implementation, and Quantum break does a lot of damage.

U think a team has dan heng il yukong and welt has enough skill point to run…

seems like the new Speed set is BiS for all Harmony (Asta comps gotta go fast) except Yukong since her ult deals damage but i'm probably going to use the 2piece if it can help activate Fleet so that i can use other main stats on boots.

As a Bronya-wanter since day one I have a question. When you say her 100% cr doesn't enable DPS Bronya, do you mean that her personal damage is negligible? It sounds absurd to my ears that a unit with 100% cr and 200% cd doesn't deal worthwhile damage? Especially if you get a bit of attack and wind dmg% into her subs I feel like her rifle should hit like a truck. Granted in most cases she only basic attacks every other round, and if played as a skill spammer not at all. I always thought that the free 100% cr was one of her selling points. 200 CV from a major trace is just absurd, granted she can't make full use of it like a Seele could.

100 MV on basics it terrible, it does no damage, and you’re skilling over half the time . Her damage is bad and worse than every harmony, but tbf they can deal some decent damage. The words were more to stop people investing into atk% wind% etc since it’s just useless to invest into on her

@@guobacertified hmm yea I guess the low multiplier on basics is a fair point, even if you level her basic trait. But I'm skeptical that Asta outdamages her (unless she's breaking with BE build).

I got Bronya on one of my reroll accounts, fast forward to now and I have her e2 s1. Cant wait to use the new set on her

I think i'm one of those rare people who runs Bronya with double DPS, haha. But i think it's fine in my situation. My team is Dan heng E5 SP neutral Welt E2 SP negative Bronya E1 SP neutral Whatever sustain is free(Usually run multiplication, since QPQ doesn't impact my rotations whatsover, unless i go more SP negative with Dan. But SP is already is a slight problem) My Welt is starved from lack of atk%(No atk% pieces) and already has ridiculuosly high dmg% from S5 good night sleep well(Which thanks to Dan, he actually keep 100% at 3 stacks, no problem, unless heavy AoE), reaching 125.2%-145.2%(Depending on A6 trace condition), so he doesn't really mind not being buffed by Bronya skill. However, he also wants atk%(More than crit actually), so Bronya giving atk% through ultimate is very nice, and crit dmg% is added bonus. I don't think any harmony fits here better. If Yukong could proc Dan Heng talent, she would be the best... Unfortunately it can not. My question though... What would be recommended speed for me on Bronya if my Welt has 140-146 SPD(Depending on relics, and Dan Heng 126-148 SPD(Depending on talent proc, that's just from SPD subs, it's atk% boots actually).

Depends on who you want to tune for and if youre going fast or slow. If slow its hard because welt has no self spd right? So itd have to be a bit behind, at least 10

@@guobacertified Yes, he has no self SPD buff, just that i got some SPD substats, so he is pretty fast. Well, it seems like i'm gonna go with Bronya 124-130 SPD or something like that. I don't want too slow, since that would mean i'm becoming more SP negative(This team comp ever so slightly negative due to SPD shenanigans), but too fast and action advance is useless.. I guess i'll keep my 4 star SPD boots for now.

Many rerolled for her while i got her 3 times already and her weapon with my 2 accounts, bronya really loves me.

I'm using a 125 SPD bronya with Voncq+Wind with a Danheng E6 with Wind+Musk at 146SPD, I use Danheng Skill into Bronya Skill intro Danhen ult + Basic for the Unleash combo. Works pretty well tbh

Hi guoba, I was wondering I need to build out an erudition for aoe and wondering whether you think Serval or QQ is more worth building? I currently run Welt, SW, Sushang and Dan Heng as my dps/sub-dps. There are alot of lightning enenmies, not sure if more than other elements but QQ would pair well with SW

I prefer QQ for that quantum coverage, but you have SW so maybe serval then :))

Are you sure planetary randevoux is BiS for blade. You're constant using skill. Uptime on sig LC is pretty high. Not to mention the 3E ult rotation it provides. Planetary buffs follow up but idk if it's worth it

Again I said Signature might still be best. And youre at 24% permanent wind DMG% (follow ups + out of turn ultimates which he needs to do) versus 30% for one attack every bronya skill.

High speed, high attack, but don’t need to max out her attack if you can’t get the stats since tank stats so she doesn’t get one shot are more important. I run 3 turn vonwacq energy rope cogs

I may have missed it, but regarding Bronya's speed tuning when skill spamming a DPS without speed buffs (Blade as an example), what is the actual amount of speed that Blade will need to be higher than Bronya by? Is simply 1 speed higher literally enough for Blade to overtake Bronya again by the next turn, or what is the actual number required?

Was just looking for an analysis for new set Bronya :> How do you think I should build my Bronya to have some good synergy with Jingyuan? My Jingyuan is a slow build at 103, I was aiming for sth like 145+ for my Bronya with Speed set+Ageless fleet now I see you recommend Vonwacq for fast Bronya I m kinda confused atm.

On my alt account I have Loucha and Clara both E1 and I hoping to get Blade there, in hopes to put them in one team, as I have seen incredible synergy between the first two. After watching this video it literally struck be that Bronya would perfectly close this team. Loucha for situational heal + Blade's sh, Clara counters everything that goes her way, or her teammates with ult, and then Bronya just dragging Blade to do even more damage.... Man I want her on that account. I have her on my main with Seele and Silver Wolf, but SP are tough, meanwhile Loucha + Clara already swimming in it. This is a great video, just like many others on your channel, I always consult with your takes, thanks man!

The thing is Clara will lose Bronya's E as soon she hits and the turn is over, Slow Yukong is better for Clara that happend to be free to get and her Es even better.

@@roy__masters I’m thinking Clara more stand alone-ish subdps, Bronya is there to elevate Blade with minimum SP cost

@@frenkibum9041 Yeah Bronya will do great with Blade, now that I got Dan IL who I didn't farm anything, borrowed a Blade to farm materials/bosses/dungeons from someone and is doing great dmg I might go for him on his rerun. 😁

Jing Liu will be crazy if paired with her
