Quite good fun again today. I mustn't be too quick to write off the NYT Hard Sudoku as a waste of time (37 = row 3 column 7): 37, 82, 45, 54, 56, 66, 67, 63, 93, 43, 42, 23, 53, 68, 12, 31, 14, 75 (hidden single), 71, 72, 51, 52, 97 (hidden DRE in top band), 22, 84, 74, 76, 24, 94, 25, 35, 16, 11, 32, 21, 62, 61, 28, 17, 87, 95, 85, 91, 81, 99, 89, 96, 86, 79, 48, 49, 38, 39, 58, 59, 18, 19, 88.

After the clever 457 blocks in R7 (combined with the 79 pairs in C4) several digits were declared! Use of the 45 pairs in C9 also helped the solve! Much logic was used in this grid, a tribute to your ingenuity! Have a lovely day!
