couldn't stop ANYTHING today on both ends, but those damn injuries today, my god it was even bad enough to lose Jalen Brunson also with that fractured left hand we need to reload and retool for next season for sure better depth for sure, hartenstein, OG Anunoby and Josh Hart will still intact but yeah Indiana really was ready to go offensively my goodness so excited for 2024-2025
Five of their top six front court men were hurt. Randle, Anunoby, Robinson, Bogdanovich, and Hart.
Coaches need to emphasize to players that they have teammates. Even before all of the injuries, the Knicks didn't move the ball around like the Pacers. And even on defense the Knicks didn't help each other out like the Pacers help each other.
That's what the pacers do they shoot because they are more offensive than defensive
As a knick fan this season was sweet but despite the injuries reflecting on this series this year was definitely a disappointment because we had the opportunity to make history and do something we haven't done in over the last 24 years and we feel short of getting to the ecf we have a great team all round but they have to be healthy when it matters the most in the playoffs 💯🟧🟦🙏 we will bounce back

Keep in mind, the Pacers beat the Knicks bench and Jalen Brunson. Once we come back healthy, we’re gonna dominate.

Besides the injuries if the players who showed up in the Philly series stepped up it would have been a better Game 7. The Knicks contracts will be a factor

Yes we would have won if OG Anunoby had even finished game 3.
I think the most we can give I❤ is 4 years for 72M. Unless someone gives him 25M a year, I think he's back. He loves it here, but it is a business. OG has a player option for 19M. He will decline that. I think his contract could go in the 30M-32M range. It sounds expensive, but that's just how the NBA economics are now. He's an elite defender, ceiling is probably 20 PPG with this Knicks team, but when you factor in the elite defense, anything you get offensively is a bonus. We were almost 20 games over .500 when he was on the floor, he's a key guy. The obvious concern is the injuries and the narrative, be it true or not, that he doesn't like to play unless he's 100%. As for Burks, he's a solid pro, but he's up there in age, and other than these past few games, he was bad for us. I would rather, if we keep our draft picks, draft a young 3 and D guy and develop him, like they did with Deuce, or bring Burks back on the vet's minimum. Boggy's contract is gonna get picked up, if there's no real trade out there to improve the team, and he's part of that trade, I see him as the main scorer in that second unit. Precious has a team option. He's frustrating, he shows flashes, but more often than not, he's ok or below that. If he had a better consistent 3 point shot, 35%, I would love him because of his energy and could space the floor, but I don't think that's realistic. Again, I would keep him for depth, but if we keep our draft picks, I would draft and develop a 4 that would give us more spacing if possible. This season was incredible. I'm not old enough to have seen the older Knicks teams. Best I saw were the 90s Knicks and the Melo years. We have the potential to be so much better and win a championship. Thibs gets so much hate, but I think he's the right fit for these players and Leon Rose has stabilize the franchise. This is gonna be an exciting summer. Can't wait for next season te be here soon enough. Let's Go Knicks!!!!! 🧡💙
