The New Space Race | Start Here

‘Pride, power and money. Those are the rewards up for grabs in the new space race between governments and billionaires.
It seems everyone wants access to the resources beyond our planet. As space forces are developed and technology evolves, we consider what could be at stake.
So, who decides how we divvy up outer space? And could we soon bear witness to a “space war”?’

How America became superpower: it's just that they showed the world they have abilities to touch and land on the moon. That's all they did! America became a great brand after this event. Everyone in the world wants to visit NASA at least once in their lifetime. The only reason is as America wanted, and America deserves to be called the great. on the other hand, Americas competitor USSR OR Russians they wanted to be called as they put whole a lot of money, but the winner had to be just one. The 2nd position is not the preferred one. Ninety-nine per cent of people don't know Neil Armstrong journey mate name. Who recalls or bow to the 2nd one. No one DOES!!

And when there are people on board it has more consequences than roasting a telecom satellite. But now they are reasonably close again, unlike their main competitor Blue Origin they have actually launched people, though no paying customers yet. If they keep at it they'll get there soon enough and they do have quite a number of customers waiting to fly. It's just an suborbital joyride, but that's no reason to discount them, there are plenty of people willing to spend quite a bit of money on that kind of thing.

The longer we stay on the Earth, the more likely we will kill each other over resources, ethnic differences, religion or politics. The purpose of man is to be like Noah: to spread life to other planets and terraform them. In essence, humans are mini-Gods or extensions of the creator. Only man limits resources on Earth with clever rules in order to make man suffer. In space, there are unlimited amounts of resources.

Recent studies on mice conducted by NASA have shown that Cosmic Background radiation, such that would be experienced on the Moon and Mars really messes up neurological function, rendering the subject with PTSD like symptoms and irreversible and substantial diminished cognition. Even if we have the tech to get there we don't right now have the means to combat such effects. Cosmic Background Radiation comes from all direction even if you are in mine shaft on the Moon or Mars. Kind of a show stopper really until we "Fix" that one ;-) Kind of explains Musk's interest in Neurolink and probably most such exploration and work will be need to be robotic to a very sophisticated level.

2 opposing systems from the get go. just imagine if you build up your small family business with a ton of hard work. or if you finance your whole country with tax money from small, medium and large businesses. then a regime pops up somewhere and they end that system, confiscate private property wherever they go. I bet, you wan't some weapons, just in case. now imagine the red corner. you build up a system on common property, state run everything. then you control the crowds by giving them no choice (not even to leave their country), and some well armed countries say that it is bad and evil. oh, and you sit on immense natural resources. a war against you might be a just one, but it SURE would be a good business to your enemies. IF you were some weakling. so now you wanna be well armed, too.
