Not trying to be a dick…but I’m currently diamond and almost pred….this teir list is terrible. Wraith and Caustic are A tier for starters

For newcastle, after these perks were added and I started using the faster shield I found him SO annoying to play whenever I don't have that perk. There have been genuinely countless scenarios every single match where I take full advantage of that speed and not having it makes it feel incredibly useless if you need to move absolutely any distance. I'm currently plat 2 and I still VERY rarely have a situation where someone even attempts to destroy my shield so I would very rarely get use out of the health ALSO For newcastle the golden knockdown shield does NOT stack with the second perk that gives health regen on rezzes so if you have a knockdown shield, pick the other perk. Otherwise always take that res perk TL;DR pick the faster shield on newcastle and don't pick the res perk if you have gold knock

Newcastle's pick rate is low because he is actually a hard legend to learn, definitely isnt easy to know when to use his abilities. Especially as sometimes its better to not fully res your teammate and play the shield instead, high skill ceiling with many options.

revenent charge cooldown reduction is essentially useless, recently mokeysniper made a video and twitter post on it

It doesn’t even matter since his last upgrade you get tac reset on knock and you never even notice because of how much uptime you have he’s still broken asf

Dont sleep on Amp'd reload on Rampart. You reload LMG's at a ridiculously fast speed and is great if holding down a position. :)

Yeah she can definitely be useful for sure!

rampart's ult -30s isnt as worth it as the bullets imo, able to carry more ammos per stack means more space for healing which is especially useful in long range battles/ extended fights

Mirage is minimum A because of the 15 second downtime on ult and he had has the added perk of being able to turn into a support legend mid fight from a skirmisher

He is REALLY strong, he just doesn't provide any utility only fighting. And the visual clutter affects you and your teammates too. I just don't think he's worth it compared to some other legends, but he is really good!

Bloodhound having survey beacon passive and white raven at the same time just dosen’t make any sense since u dont get the ult recharge anymore. The raven nerf wasnt needed tbh

Disagree. Some change was warranted. He could have his ult up for every fight. So either they needed to wrap this CDR into a perk choice or keep the mechanic as base and nerf the ult CD to the point that it was required to scan ravens to get it to a normal CD. I don’t like the second because ravens seemingly show up randomly and in inconvenient positions often. I much prefer taking perks for the tac and being selective with the ult. It wasn’t great previously, and I’d just pop it to move quicker bc I could get it back almost immediately. There was no choice making it feel cheap.
