The whole idea of customisation is cool but imagine like 8 mute jammers or like a 5 stack of people with mutes on recruitment... etc etc it'll be unbalanced

There's just no way that it'll be a thing, the balance will go to hell even if it's the pathfinder operators gadgets that he'll have. Imagine facing 2 Thatchers and 2 Thermites against your team or 2-3 Fuze and other operators, this is hell...

It doesn't even make sense, the recruit is supposed to be someone whos learning so they still don't have a big role in the squad so because of that they don't have any special ability but just the weapons, just leave old recruits as it were from the beginning with most weapons and nades to equip

I'm hoping that as a way of balancing the newer recruits, their gadgets are just weaker versions of the other operators. Like their thermite charges are smaller or take longer to explode kinda thing

I think it would only be the original operators such as Mute, Thermite etc.

i wanna see the recruits voice line treat them like real rookies like referring to actual operators as there code names but for ops like doc cav and thermite for the recruits to call them captain as they are leaders of there own groups

Or even that you pick one *primary* secondary gadget that has one extra and then a normal amount of another secondary....and that would be fine. Like there's nothing wrong with that, let's do it
