I still like Montaigne's the best out of all of them. No dialogue, no puffing yourself up with how good you or your gadget is. Just a record of everything you're survived/defeated and the promise that none of it has slowed you down. Plus the fact that it's a tool of defence to save lives rather than to attack and take them.

@@moisess7566 they would be pre-rendered, a video doesn't take too much space especially if it is on cloud so that when you click on the cutscene you download momentarily the file from Ubisoft servers. Basically every game that ever existed works this way.

Honestly to me it wouldve been cooler to see a first person view of someone getting rushed down by blitz. That feeling in game is unmatched seeing an almost inpervious man sprint at you knowing you are cooked if he gets too close. Its like getting chased in dead by daylight. I like the music tho.

They should just remove every single thing that isn't realistic because this is supposed to be a realistic shooter. Remove any cloaking devices, remove amaru, remove every operator after caviera actually. Actually remove everything after the first year 1 because refusing to learn and whining is apparently much easier than accepting that realism must be sacrificed to make a game

I know damn well i ain't the only one who noticed in Ela's cinematic, she's holding the Grzmot mine from the adhesive part. Basically the mine would be stuck in her hand as once she pulls the pin, the adhesive starts to foam.

been playing since it came out, and I love the game I really do but it saddened me to see how it went from a more grounded game to fantastical. Don’t get me wrong the game is still fun but they lost me with the lady from the Netherlands that can project herself from her eyes.

@@longbow3082 It is true that operator gadgets have been "fantastical" since the earlier seasons, but by now they have given up on tonality and stylization as well, taking every gadget that could have been a simple smoke dispenser or motion sensor and turning them into holograms or nanobots. Not to mention the overwatch ass character designs

looking back at this it just makes me remember the time when everyone was trying to figure out who the dust line operators were, i remember there being a pretty accurate valkyrie leak and blackbeard was literally shown in one of the earlier trailers. good old times

Do you know Montey is based on real GIGN operator who participated during French Flight siege, he took a Granade blast and shotgun blasts but never stopped moving forward.

Nothing is as cinematic and beautiful as Iana and Oryx's trailer. Wow.

Its crazy to think that pathfinder operators especially from season one have the best trailers and still highly utilized until today. Even after all the scifi crap ops they released, at the end of the day you can see they got commonly picked even in high rank. Thats show how strong their influence are in the franchise and show how masterful and passionate old r6 dev teams are. On the other hand, newer ops just felt like they got less and less grounded.

1:34 *Fackin' Laser Sights* got me lackin'

The new trailers are really nice. They did the year 1 ops dirty tho. But holy crap the launch operator videos are on another level.
