it was possible but Ukraine were convinced that if they allowed it Russia would influence the region even more and try to destabilise other regions after there success. I believe if Ukraine thought they were just fighting donbass people this would not have escalated so much. they would have got some sort of independence. but after crimea it's impossible to believe

Stalin, even as a Georgian, continued the same Russification practices that the Tsars used to maintain power. 1940 isn't even a generation after millions of Ukrainians starved to death and is largely the reason there are many ethnic Russians in the eastern part of the country. It's funny how nobody actually took a video of those infamous "Russian convoys". It's just "Blablablah Russian tanks, armored vehicles, soldiers, blablablah). ROFL

Watching videos like this, and seeing other countrys go through such hardship is a very sobering moment in that where I live im lucky not to have bullets fired at me or not to have death hapening around me 24/7. I only have god to thank for that.

surprising that these ''rebels'' which were on the brink of destruction and surrounded, suddenly counter attack so quickly and re-capture territory. Theres no other possible way for them to do that without the help of Russia. The Russo nazis are allready invading ukraine and yet they claim theyre not doing anything there.
