Marie-Chantal is a successful society businesswoman and mother-of-five whose children are already forging their own successful paths in life - but now, following the death of King Constantine of Greece, Princess Marie-Chantal can also add Queen to her list.
The fashion designer married Pavlos in 1995 but despite her husband being Greece's crown prince, he will never take the throne because of the Greek monarchy was deposed and scrapped in 1973. However she's worth an incredible £2billion herself - thanks to a fortune which springs from her American investor father.
His father Robert Miller who is the duty free shopping king of Asia and America after setting up a single shop in Hong Kong in 1960. Born in London, she was raised in Hong Kong until the age of nine, went she went to boarding school in Switzerland.
Her father Robert would later set up an investment business that would make him and his family even more money - £420million in 2018 alone. In the Eighties she attended a bilingual school in Paris before transferring to the Masters School in New York for her senior year of high school.
Marie-Chantal has a long history of associating with the rich and famous; before she married into the royal family, the London-born blonde worked for Andy Warhol. She began a degree in History of Art at NYU in 1993, and it was in the city that she met Prince Pavlos for the first time.
The couple met on a blind date set up by New York investment banker Alecko Papamarkou, a mutual friend who was convinced they would hit it off. 'We clicked,' the Princess told Vanity Fair in 2008. 'It was love at first sight. I knew that he was the person I would marry.
Their wedding was the largest gathering of royals in London since Queen Elizabeth's wedding to Prince Philip in 1946. Among those who attended were the royal families of Britain, Spain, Sweden, Belgium, Romania, Jordan and Bulgaria.
The couple moved to Manhattan, where they had Olympia, before moving to London in 2002 so their children could have a European education. The couple now have five children: daughter Olympia and four sons: Constantine, Achileas, Odysseas and 11-year-old Aristidis.
Fashion model and socialite Princess Olympia was once rumoured to have had a fling with Prince Harry. In 2000, she launched her luxury childrenswear brand Marie-Chantal, which has since gone on to amass celebrity and royal fans including Kate Middleton.
The Greek royals have lived between New York and London since 2004, with Marie Chantal running a children's clothing line out of the UK. Together the family enjoy a life befitting of the world's mega wealthy, splitting their time between their stunning Upper East Side New York home and holidays around the world.
As well as the New York home, the Greek royals have four other properties around the world including a house in London, a Cotswolds estate, a holiday home in the Bahamas, as well as a country retreat in Yorkshire. These days, Marie-Chantal runs her own eponymous children's clothing label, which is stocked in boutiques and stores worldwide.
Meanwhile in 2020, she released a book, Manners Begin at Breakfast: Modern Etiquette for Families. But while Marie-Chantal, whose own family was arguably even wealthier than the royal one she married into, has always enjoyed the finer things in life.
She explained that when it comes to parenting things are surprisingly simple - and do not change based on how much money you have in the bank. For the well-heeled society supermum claims the key to raising successful children is to simply teach them the value of having good manners and conducting themselves in a courteous fashion.
'It's statistically proven that children who have beautiful manners do better in life,' she explained in an interview with Hello! magazine. 'That child will be remembered for being polite.' In her interview with Hello!, she explained that it is important to start teaching children these lessons from a young age.
She said: 'I believe children should be taught from a young age how to behave in a caring and mindful way. They need to be taught to be aware of others and to be instilled with these simple values when they are still so sponge-like.
'Once children are older the lessons are much harder to just accept. I certainly like to think Olympia has taken it all on board,' she said, referring to her eldest. Meanwhile Marie-Chantal has certainly amassed a wealth of fans online, with an incredible 213K followers on Instagram.
There, she shares snapshots of her family's lavish lifestyle - from jaunts aboard in Greece to photographs of her brood at one of their many homes. Recent images show the group of seven posing in black tie at Christmas, while another photo reveals the lavishly decorated Thanksgiving table.

@@piusx8317 There are reasons. Had Greece been a country with her King and Queen, Greece could not have given sovereign rights up to the IMF as collateral security for repayment of the loans to be forfeited in the event of a default.

You're right but they do hold the titles of Prince and Princess forever and their children too the same. Why would they want to change their lives anyway to become King and Queen of Greece? They are very happy as they are. Greece and the Greeks would ruin their happiness like they did with King Constantine and Anna Maria who had to run to save their lives and their family's lives whilst leaving everything they had behind them !! I wouldn't change my lifestyle if I was them.
The public support for the Greek Royal Family was evident during the funeral of King Constantine II. The Greek people would do better if they reinstate the Monarchy.

Speaking as a Greek, we do not have a king and queen. We are a republic, not a monarchy. No offense to the individuals themselves but the institution of monarchy is frankly ridiculous. They are no more royalty than anyone else. It's an institution built on the fictional idea that one person is "royal" and deserving of special treatment that another is not. It also is very offensive to many Greeks for someone to bizarrely claim to be our king and queen. It's like a Greek deciding to claim to be King of America. Royalty does not exist for Greece. Period. Anyone that attempts to give themselves a royal Greek title is a fraud and will be called out for it.

One cannot be so sure that monarchy w I’ll not come back. Many people pray for them and love them! They deserve it! God shall give Them health and happiness!!

By plebiscite in 1974, the citizens of Greece eliminated their Monarchy. The Former Queen Anne-Marie remains in Greece, her husband, Former King Constantine II, passed away recently. Crown Prince Pavlos, named for his paternal grandfather, King Paul, will remain a crown prince, and likewise, Princes Marie-Chantal will not be Coronated Queen. Greece's Monarchy, by its Constitution, did not rule by Divine Right. Its responsibilities were specified in their Constitution. Constantine II would have been the best king in modern Greek history. Greece would do well with the majesty of a Monarchy, especially, compared with the colorless Heads of State, the Presidents who have preformed the responsibilities of the former king.

For instance valdemar the great of denmark was great grandson of byzantine emperor constantine the monomakh, ivan the terrible was grandson of the sister of the last emperor Constantine Palaiologus. Open a book learn history it s not that hard
