I agree 110% The LFA right around 4k Rpms sounds like a symphony. But the shifts on this Pegani gives me goosebumps.

I hate that people keep acting like the lfa is any good compared to an actual racing engine, even production wise is just a generic v10 with the worst gearbox known to man

​@@kokopellioneI'm pretty sure it held the production lap time record at the nurburgring at one point. It's a pretty good engine, Toyota even had Yamaha help tune the acoustics. I've never seen or heard it in person so I can't say for sure but pretty much every car enthusiast who has loves that car

Huayra R curb stomps the LFA... sorry

The Altimaniac is a freakin' good drift car by default, no need to change anything. The Lotus shoud be a new A-class destroyer: 400+ HP, under 1200 kg, grips like hell.

I turned the Altimaniac into a 2000hp dtm car as it’s actually dtm inspired and even by default it’s probably the grippiest drift car in the game

This is what I've been saying we need more race cars, just like horizon 3 had with the race car pack.

the Zonda R feels like a boat after driving the Huayra R. That goes to show you how OP the Huayra R's cornering really is. Edit: The Lamborghini SCV12 just came out and now the Huayra R feels like a boat🤣

I heard this car in person at Laguna Seca whilst we were walking around the shops. We could hear the sound bouncing off the walls everywhere. The sound in person is just so sonorous

The Altimaniac as an S1 rally car is surprisingly good

Just go down in front tire size and you'll get that extra power you're looking for in this car.

I love that sound!! Very nervous, well-made and powerful sounding!

I only hope sound level scales properly this time, unlike Peugeot 207 S2000 in FH4 where if there was one within 50 meters radius, you couldn't hear even your own engine

The Ferrari 599XX (not the 599XX EVO, just the 599XX) is so loud and brutal in FH5 that it actually hurts to listen to and makes me turn my volume down every time I drive it (which is often, because it sounds incredible).

Now they need to fix the zonda cinque’s sound files

so you mean the exact same sound system that was introduced in horizon 4, that later was reused in horizon 5 and promoted like the newest/craziest thing, and that is being promoted for the next motorsport game like something new and revolutionary, yet again? we must thank that it doesn't have a turbo and u can hear turbo flutter by giving 1% throttle and revving to 1100 rpm, crazy sound system 🤯

One problem i went to Microsoft Store not in the game in the store and its not there. there is something wrong here i went to buy it in the game but it won’t work it says there is a problem so I just brushed it off. Then I went to the actual store instead and its not there so even if i wanted to buy it i can’t is there some problem on the Microsoft store side because I’ve made purchases in the game before and it worked so im just a little confused.

it sounds great in fh5 but there's still too much valve train noise in the chase view. IMO most of the sounds in forza are a bit overproduced and the soul of the sound is a bit lost. id give this a solid 7/10 but i feel like they could have done much better, still an insane car
