Thank you for making this video! One nitpick: it would have been great if you had walked out onto the balcony and just panned for a few seconds. We got a glimpse but it was a little frustrating.
The HOA fees will be very expensive.

I was in the building it has ventilation issues and you can’t open windows, my guess it will develop mold and may already have indoor environmental issues.

Everyone's going to want, but few can afford. Wow!!!! in-unit washer and dryer for $500k ... Amazing ... 1260 sqft for $1.2 million ... 1785 sqft for $2.6 million ... INSANE!!! ... This will end badly ... People are delusional ... The view is nice though ...

It's not for everyone. I believe they have their target market. That's actually not a lot of money for those with the means. Some people might just buy it as an investment.
