YES! I've always said they need to make microfiber cloths & sprays for cleaning the piano black plastic that they hate so much. AND of course print the shirt patterns on those cloths.

ye definitely a big improvement as of late although real shame they are discontinuing their cars in favour of only SUVs. I still don't think their exterior design is as good as the other luxury competition.

@@Wald4267 definitely not. Wait until few thousand miles later and it starts making all kind of noises. Already three times to the dealer. Fixed the noise but a plastic part fell of the roof. I am currently living the dream. Waiting for parts from the company to arrive to go for my forth visit.

Thanks for the review guys! I bought the Corsair about eight weeks ago... I bought the “standard” version with the 2.0 L engine and it has plenty of power. It also doesn’t have the 22-way confusing seats. The regular seats are completely fine. In this configuration you can buy this SUV for $33-$34,000. I think that makes it the best value out there today

I am hoping to buy the Standard Corsair 2.0 L, with pretty much all the extra package, with the exception of the moonroof and 22 way seats. Are you happy with your choice? I am also looking at the Audi q3.

I think Lincoln is back on track tbh, too many "luxury' car companies try to make sportiness the selling point and that just isn't what luxury cars are about!

I do really like what Lincoln has been doing recently. It's a shame I'm not in the market for an SUV.

I sat in one of these at the Lincoln Experience Center in Dallas. I was shocked how far Lincoln has come in terms of style and fit & finish.

That scale makes zero sense. There is an associate's car that is more expensive than a VP's car and a VP's car is more expensive than the CFO's car.

Lincoln is hitting it out of the park - understated luxury.

About to pull the trigger on a Corsair lease for my wife as her RDX lease expires. The new RDX is a great performer, but pushes into full-time performance mode, not giving any leisure time. The Corsair will give you the power when you need it, I believe it is even rated faster 0-60 than the RDX, my times were really close. This is a more luxurious choice and it does start to climb in price well above the RDX, comparing the RDX Advanced package. We are pretty much looking at fully loaded if we can find one in the color (extra cost white), so far we haven't found it with the Reserve Appearance package. We did test just about every vehicle in this class, a lot of cars, and determined this to be the best choice for us. In the end, it came down to the Corsair or RDX and the Corsair has a lot more class and luxury. The biggest disappointments were the Jaguar E-Pace and the BMW X2. Another real good choice was the Volvo XC40.

I’m always looking forward to the videos you guys make. When you guys do trunk space test in the SUVs or a hatchback style vehicle, can you do the test with the seats up and then another with the seats down? I typically have children occupying the back seats so that information is very helpful. Thanks for creating such a great auto review channel!

Great review! I've seen a dozen or so reviews on the Corsair and they never mentioned word one about the infotainment issue! I've been looking at these and this is definitely a deal breaker.

The Corsair has a really nice profile, the sloped roof with the big wheels looks great. But that glitchy infotainment system....yikes.

The way that infotainment handles Satellite radio would definitely be a deal-breaker for me. I can appreciate going for luxury over sportiness, but there's something to be said for simplicity being luxury. Those seats, and that infotainment are anything but simple.

ron s You can get an extremely similar color on a Honda Odyssey. I like the color too, but it’s beginning to exhaust me. I just wish they could come up with something new and interesting.

Do you guys have any plans to try out the wireless CarPlay adapter from CarPlay2Air? Would be neat to see how it performs in general as well as how cars without wireless CarPlay, but with wireless charging respond to it. I’m contemplating purchasing one since my cars are pretty new model years with regular (wired) CarPlay; but I’m not about to spend BMW money just to have wireless.

Lincoln has stepped up its game ... Ik I might get lash from asking this but I would love to see Lincoln make a performance suv or sedan like many competitors. Although they don’t need to I would love to c one ☝️

I'm so glad Lincoln finally stopped trying to poorly chase Cadillac, who was trying to poorly chase the German brands. I won't appreciate a fast car all the time, there's only so many on-ramps I can make use of with my car. But I will always appreciate being in a cozy little cocoon. I'm also a bit iffy on the infotainment, but that's because I'm a caveman that doesn't want to deal with infotainment systems- Just give me a dock for my phone near my line of site for navigation, a headless bluetooth stereo, and I'm set.

I'm not surprised you guys had issues with the electronics with this car. I was on the lots where these and the new Escapes were being rolled out in Louisville, KY back in September '19. Bit of a disaster. The quality control just was not there. The Escapes had it worse - hugely misaligned panels that were being "fixed" with people patrolling lots with towels and mallets, window trim that simply starting falling off while the car just sat there, taillight housing that could be pulled back off the body with two fingers... it wasn't pretty. The Corsairs fared better, but they also had whole dashboards in pieces as workers tried to figure out the electronic gremlins affecting them, and the fit-and-finish issues become really, really annoying if you try to grab one of these in a higher trim (like at $55k, wiggling interior panels and buttons should not be acceptable). Needless to say, this is another example of the rule: Never purchase the first model year of a new generation. I don't know if these things will be fixed, but the new Explorer also had crazy issues with its rollout over in Chicago.

Lincoln did a great job here. Lots of comparisons to the Aviator at first, which I get, but don't forget the price difference. The Aviator is supposed to be better! But a great review as always. Happy to see Lincoln doing such a good job nowadays. I understand your complaints with the tune knob. I think they should have a banner show up over the Android Auto and Apple Carplay with the sat radio channels. Thankfully that's just a software thing that they can fix easily I'm sure. Wouldn't stop me from buying one because I use Spotify exclusively and rarely leave Android Auto once I open it. As far as sportiness is concerned, I don't see why anyone buys these crossovers for sportiness. Seems Lincoln was smart to not waste effort and money trying to make it sporty instead of comfortable. It's plenty sporty and VERY comfortable for a street car. Outside of the Macan and the Stelvio (and I'm sure a few others, whatevs) I just don't really see the point of sporty crossovers lol. Thanks for providing a review during these trying times, guys. Now I want to see Lincoln refresh the Continental, but I guess we'll see what they decide to do with that model.

Lincoln is back!

The Lincoln Corsair is a great car but it just doesn't have much appeal to me :( I wish Lincoln would have went a lot bolder with the design. It's just not very memorable. Definitely not saying it's ugly though!

Except for Nautilus, MKC and Continental sedan I think Lincoln doing really good with their interiors. 100% agree a lot of automakers' need to invest more in hiring people that can do intuitive software solutions and think simpler control set-ups in vehicles.

5:19 that's some super bad/sad stitching behind the steering wheel. granted nobody ever looks;just hard not to notice when you see it in video

I just like that they went for comfort rather than sport. I love driving fast and all, but if I want a car like that, I buy a sports car. This is a daily/family SUV !

Love my Corsair. 24 mpg city. The 2.0 liter is smoother and almost as fast.

I have to say... KZread targeted advertising worked here. I got a Corsair ad before the video that was really well done.

Engine specs seems like a detuned version of the 2.3l in my Focus RS. Another interesting review of an otherwise boring tall hatchback!
