Great looking knife, GEC makes some beautiful pieces. Thanks for sharing and God bless.

That’s a dang good looking knife, I like the way it’s almost equal ended, and bigger than a traditional Barlow. Richlite is layered paper I believe. I have a GEC grail knife, I have always wanted a #35 cattleman with oxblood covers. Can’t never find one though, saw 2 on evilBay for nearly $700 each. That’s ridiculous. I only like a few of their patterns, I think a lot of them are kinda hokey. Thanks for sharing this nice knife brother.

Man, that’s a great looking blade!! That one would make a great user!! I have a 100 year old Case Barlow with a rounded bolster like that!! Very classic design!!

Nice Knife. Thanks for sharing it with us. Richlighte is recycled paper and phenolic resin that is heat and pressure treated. How does it compare to G-10 and Micarta as far as durability? I have been skeptical about Micarta, How ever I did just buy my first Micarta Handle knife recently. The R.R. improved Muskrat in Denim Micarta. I have to say I like it and the Micarta feels good in the hand.

WOW!! I love the smooth round bolsters on that! And how they continued that smoothness down the edges of the handles.

Richlite. Seems to have originated during WWII as a countertop material made from paper and resin.

Another review noted the clip point sat a little high closed, to where his finger could touch the tip.
