The price tag is outrageous lol My friend in Mexico owns a 2019 Ranger Raptor and I think the diesel engine sounds better and ran pretty strong too. Ford should have kept that engine for this USA raptor.

I know this is a joke, and I know Fords have plenty of problems. But, I rather have a recall than not taking accountability for the problem. Manufacturers try to avoid recalls like their life depends on it... and not like their customers lives depend on the recall.

Not just electrical but also transmission shifting issues probably unless they finally got it right and updated the engine and transmission to a better one since I have a 2020 ford ranger with 67 k and the tranny is already shifting Hella bad and loss of power bogging down etc,had other problems before that but yeah i am not happy with the 10r80 transmission from 2019-2023 ford vehicles

@@guthrie_1 Electric will be the way to go then. More performance lower operation costs. Especially in small vehicles...you gain the weight needed to keep it on the ground. Tesla semi 0-60 empty is like 5 seconds & 20 seconds with 80,000lbs. For the price Tesla is hard to beat for performance & speed. I suspect any manufacturer could achieve it sooner or later. Couldn't imagine Tesla semi specs adopted on a small pickup ...6 wheel drive.

I don’t need 4,000 lb battery pack that kills my ability to corner, and brake. I also want to fill my tank in 1.5 minutes and keep going. 600 to 700 at the wheels and you’re good.

I wish they made a “base” model Raptor. He made a good point about getting the interior dirty. If you are driving this truck like the way it’s supposed to be, I wouldn’t want to get that nice interior dirty. No fancy touch screen, cheap vinyl seats, vinyl floor. But with the same powertrain. It would cheapen the already crazy price and you wouldn’t have to worry about getting the inside dirty while still having all the power. But, 99 percent of these owners will just take it to the store to get groceries or pick up the kids from school haha.

Absolutely punished mine in VIC high country last month and destroyed the interior with mud. Felt bad about it at the time since it was so clean but had to deal with it as we got bogged a couple times and with a vacuum and some wipes it came out good as new.
