Doug is thorough and comprehensive but has long videos, whilst Forrest does bite size digestible content and is entertaining at the same time Finding a niche in a saturated space is difficult but Forrest figured it out and executed it perfectly

That 20% limit for the minimum charge level should give the battery a much longer useful life. I wonder whether they also limit the max capacity to about 80% charge level, which should further lengthen the battery lifespan.

They will have your entire life at the flip of a switch. And if you don't think it's possible or that it's already happening you haven't been paying attention.

I had the privilege of working at a prestigious chevy and Cadillac dealership. Had the pleasure of driving pretty much everything. Out of all three vettes available, the E-ray was the nicest. It beats the ZO6 in the quarter mile ( maybe not on the track ) and is ALOT smoother. This is the Grand Tourer of Corvette's. Beautiful blend of speed and posh.

That 20% limit for the minimum charge level should give the battery a much longer useful life. I wonder whether they also limit the max capacity to about 80% charge level, which should further lengthen the battery lifespan.

They will have your entire life at the flip of a switch. And if you don't think it's possible or that it's already happening you haven't been paying attention.

@Diesel Mountain that's capitalism for you. Look at the oil industry reaping in record profits. They don't care about helping anyone but themselves. EVs are way cheaper to charge then gas and will only get better. This will drive better competition and help keep prices down.

I had the privilege of working at a prestigious chevy and Cadillac dealership. Had the pleasure of driving pretty much everything. Out of all three vettes available, the E-ray was the nicest. It beats the ZO6 in the quarter mile ( maybe not on the track ) and is ALOT smoother. This is the Grand Tourer of Corvette's. Beautiful blend of speed and posh.

@@Yurboiisilly2 Current data from various research groups suggests it's only marginally more likely than a gas-powered vehicle combusting after a crash, but current data is limited, so I'll take it with a grain of salt for now. I would absolutely take my chances with this beast of a vehicle.
