I stayed and studied there more than 2 decades ago . It was very save then.
I used to live in Arcadia back then,it was a beautiful place and I'm glad they fixing it again. Good content.
What the CID is doing is wonderful, it would be nice if the rest of the CBD would have the CID and also Sunnyside too.
Wow I remember as a 12 year old kid we would take the bus from the suburbs to go to Sterland and Sunny Park. We used to play put put at the 19th hole. So many memories!

The work they're doing is wonderful. I was in the area recently and can visibly see the difference from when I worked there 10 years ago. I take my hat off to the team 🙌
I lived in Pretoria for nearly 5 five years while I was currently a student but I am inspired about what the CID is doing
Does Sunnyside have it's own CID? Will be nice if a video is made about it.

It is next to it, but no part of the CID.

No its next to it. Same kind of vibe well it used to be back in the day.
Doesn't matter how much money is spent on certain buildings in certain areas. It will never be great again.

What's new in Hillbrow? I feel Pretoria central is starting from a better base than most of Joburg CBD and surrounds - Joburg CBD has some areas that have a better upside, but it's competing with Sandton, while Pretoria central is smaller and less competition for it -
