Your wish has been granted, Obelisk got two new cards in the most recent tin and is getting a third one soon, Slifer also got a card in the same tins and basically received a whole archetype of support with Yugi’s Joker Knight cards and Thunderspeed Summon. God Card fans eating good 😎👍🏻

Yo Sam, I just wanna say thanks for the video and please milk this time for all it is worth. Top of my list personally would be the competitive God deck (with/ without Ra) just to see what it's like, and this budget version including Ra. I don't have much context for what is happening in yugioh right now, I know people are disappointed in these decks but I can't help but feel giddy. All I can do is play with what we did get and hope we get more God (And Red-Eyes) stuff. From a guy who put up his cards a long time ago, thank you for sharing this magical part of my childhood.

rather than just a competitive god deck I would rather want to see a competitive yugi, kaiba, and marik deck with the new god card support in them but that could just be me.

Yeah I‘ve been thinking about this concept. Marik deck would be pretty straight forward since there are so many Ra cards and slime monsters. What about the other two though? I was thinking of pairing obelisk with an XYZ Dragoncannon to mimic Kaibas Battle City deck. Union machines are quite efficient in summoning a lot of monster very quickly. But XYZ sucks, so ABC might be the better option, while being not as true to the anime. I plan to pair Slifer with the new cards from Kings Court to kind of mimic Yami Yugis deck in the final battle against yugi.

I've been having a lot of fun with these decks legit wiped out my cousin's ice barrier synchros and everything with one simple trap... Mirror force 😂

I'd love to see a $60 version using 3 of both decks

Ready for Ra to start OTKing with that soul crossing, not the best deck of the format but it can win if they aren't prepared. Summoner Monk is pretty great for Ra aswell, Summon Monk, discard a spell, special reactor slime and either xyz into abyss dweller or set up your tokens and metal reflect slime

Pay check coming next week so imma def look into this

Did a Team Samurai inspired 51 card build. This is a real troll deck, it reminds me of a really good Cyber Dragon deck. The two Slifer the Sky Dragons make for some unreal winning boards. The win seems to come in at 3 to 5 turns. The other sides is gonna need Ash Blossoms.

They were so frickin cool back in the day And mad pricey ... I remember trying to withdraw like €70/€80 from my stepdad's account tryna buy the non-playable slifer lolz

I'm hoping that the new Poker Knights cards from Kings Court boost the Slifer Deck, like the blurb on the website says. Slifer's always been my favourite God card, and I'm hoping beyond hope that I'll finally be able to play a decent Slifer deck.

Just swap obelisk for another slifer, OR buy 30$ worth of slifer and 30$ worth of obelisk and build a ultimate deck with not many limits as this deck

I also have alot of 1st edition cards from the original Yu-Gi-Oh show from 2002

I did the exact same thing with 2 slifer, one obelisk decks and personaly felt using super nimble hamster and millennium seeker didn't help at all. I opted to use 2 phantom skyblaster over scapeghost for the same token spamming as well a little extra damage, 3 ahrima, 2 lair of darkness with only one reckless greed for draw power/even more token spamming, and spent like $6 on one more copy of slifer and obelisk to run 3 and 2 copies and the deck ended up being quite consistent in getting one or both gods on the field in just a few turns. Using enemy controller in tandem with lair also allows you to tribute one of your opponents monsters to take a second, and drowning mirror force is far more effective against possible destruction/target immune monsters than regular mirror force. Divine evolution also permanently gives one of your gods extra attack and forces opponents to sacrifice upon attacking. There's far better combos existing within the cards given to you from the structure decks than the ones you used. I'm honestly quite confused as to why you chose some of the worst/least consistent.

I really want an update osiris deck with Joker knight. I want to play this version when King's court is out, but i'm always fucking bad to find a good ratio.
