Thank you so much for uploading this! I need in depth explanations and visual aids in order to learn and you helped me so much! My professor doesn't really explain things well and I loose my concentration very quickly. For some reason your voice is also soothing (sorry if that's weird) but it really helped me to concentrate.

it’s so funny that you use “F off” for efferent nerves, I use “F it, I’m walking” which helps me remember those are the nerves which stimulate your muscles to walk (therefore being the nerves your brain or CNS tell what to do)
