Maybe this'll be a bit heavy, but this was exactly what i needed. Ive been recovering from an event that had me going in and out of wards for 3yrs. Its been 2 years since my last visit. And last year was my first full year without going back to therapy. All that to say its been a struggle to keep the thoughts from winning and honestly its hard to find small everyday reason to hang on. This brought long-held back tears to my eyes. Once, me and my sister when out into the snow, in our front yard we made a seat out of snow, it took us 2-3 hours, but it was worth it, when we were done, we got ourselves some cups of hot chocolate and sat on our freshly made seat, watching as the snow was falling, and the cars pass by our house, it was a moment of calm, a moment of quiet, I forgot about all my worry. I get this feeling of comfort and nostalgia when I hear this song…😞

Lol ya, I can resonate with this, and boy, do I have a story to go with it. I started a riot with this song against my principal because I sang it at an open rehearsal for a concert. He then made us change the song "Day of the Concert," giving us only 3 hours to either come up with a new song or not sing at all. Me and my band yelled at him, saying this was unfair and that he should have told us sooner when we were auditioning, which he replied, "I can't deal with this attitude, apologize right now." Which obviously we did not. A couple mins later, we said we came up with a new song for the show, but when preformance time came. Lats just say he wasn't too thrilled about the song I was singing.
