    I love how Brenden will always bring humor into thee most deep conversation and it's so beautiful how it brings this sort of balance to Mpoomy' seriousness. You are beautiful and yes this conversation is necessary. We allow so much disrespect and hurt in our lives when we don't have boundaries, sort of feels like we give people the power to do whatever they want with us, so unhealthy.

    It absolutely infuriates me when people think that my boundaries are up for discussion or can be negotiated, especially in personal relationships. A lot of the time people want your boundaries to make sense to them and if they don’t, then they don’t respect them and that’s very unfair. I try to respect peoples boundaries even if I don’t understand them because what I do understand is that people set boundaries to protect themselves from something. Crossing those boundaries is actually a violation and it just screams you don’t actually care about this person. I’d like to think that if you truly care about someone and respect them, then you will respect their boundaries regardless of how they make you feel. Your discomfort does not make their boundaries “wrong”.

    From my youth I had male friends and when I got married, they released me to my husband. It didn't make sense to me I thought they don't like my company anymore but now it makes sense my husband is my friend.

    Wow what a great podcast again, I’ve learned in my early thirties and 15 years in a marriage that boundaries are needed and now you guys just confirmed that as people you make boundaries and also take responsibility and to respect other people boundaries and again if the is no boundaries from both sides it’s a 💥 to explored . And also as couples I’ve learned from now to respect each other’s boundaries and purity very important. And again if someone crosses those boundaries, which it depends who’s crossing the boundaries but usually the people or person who does that they don’t know you or they have a lot to say but no solution and impregnated bad intentions in their entire life. So wow again continue guys with what you’re doing .

    Wow guys I can't thank you enough for this truth🙌 I'm at a point where I'd rather keep quiet when I have nothing positive to say because I've come to realise from my personal life experiences that people have a lot to say, to blame and or judge when they don't know, understand or never experienced a situation. And because of that I am more mindful of what and how I do or say things towards other people. My colleague shared something with me the other day and she added that she feels down, but feels guilty about and I simply gave her a hug and told her "girl you don't owe any of us an explanation after all you're the only one that understands exactly what you going through, cry if you feel like it and don't be bothered by what we'll say cos we talking from a place of not knowing, you're not crazy"

    The personal boundaries for me hit the right spot. 🔥 I'm learning to follow my heart and not be so focused on people's opinions (mostly family) this has just catapulted me even more.     What you said is really true on people commenting bad and clicking the unlike button. You know in this point in time, some people are just waiting to bash your dreams and visions. Before you even say them out, they would have already planned on what to say. Spotless vidoes can have unnecessary 1000 unlikes. If you say everything right, they will check what you're putting on. they will always find fault. Yet everyone is aware of what kills people inside. Everyone knows that if you say something negative to someone in the midst of many good comments, that one negative thing can drag their confidence down . The world is now so evil that before you say anything, someone already dislikes it . If people could love and consider one another, the world would be a better place to live. Negative energy sucks 🚮🚮. All is based on the hearts of men because a person filled with the love of God can never say things however without thinking 🤔 how others would feel.

    We live in a world that is full of offended and bitter people where people actually have no regard for someone else’s life.We feel the need to comment and give our opinions on everything where it’s actually not needed or necessary. Jesus Himself had critics but He kept it moving and He actually had boundaries.He mingled with the crowd but they didn’t sit at His table to eat with Him so boundaries are so key.

    The way I cromp to the intro 😅 I love it. This was too good, so necessary and a good reminder to us all to respect ourselves and others in all forms of relationships. I wish everyone on the socials would see this because social media has become a comfortable place to disrespect people you don’t know and be unkind, so not cool but thank you for this amazing episode. You’ll literally lose yourself if not your mind as well without boundaries.     Boundaries are really very important and more often than not they come with a lot of resistance and people questioning your character and how you have changed simply because the boundaries you have set for yourself don’t sit well with them… With this social media era it often said that once you put something out there you invite opinions, but my stance is this: If your opinion is malicious, it doesn’t offer growth or is just plain mean then you lose nothing by just scrolling by and not typing anything instead of taking it upon yourself to be mean. You lose nothing at all… Thank you for this🙏🏽♥️

    I read a book on boundaries and it completely changed my perspective on the topic. Boundaries are not walls, but rather fences or gates to prevent irrelevant things from coming into your space. No one should barge into your home without permission. Great conversation here.
