I mostly remember Artest with the Rockets and Lakers. He was an important role player with the Lakers. I didn’t realize he was that good on offense when he was younger but he was always a great defender. I think deep down he’s a good guy but had a rough upbringing making it difficult for him to control his emotions.

This is the problem with people perception too. What hurt people the most is always the Toxic one. Ticking Time Bomb are much more dangerous just because you cant guard things like that.

I really enjoyed your video. You're a very basketball wise person that is very accurate in what he says. Born in '84 in Denver I absolutely love basketball but it's not the same now. Anyway it was like a flashback I remember watching all events unfold. The fights, trades, fouls, playoff series etc . I found this video trying to find the quiet storm documentary on Ron. Just wanted to say really enjoyed the video thank you for the upload and do you remember when the Orlando magic beat The Celtics and big baby hit the three-pointer to win the game think it might even been in overtime but he pushed that little kid that was standing on the sidelines.😅 Anyway take care bro

Yes Artest was rough and frustrated.. But change this a little ..The league had and still has huge flaws.. When a fan can sit and yell bad things to a player is wrong.. Throw drinks on players is wrong.. The league for years let this fester until the malaise in the palace exposed so many league flaws.. Throw in emotional players and fans the game begins to blow up..I have watched fans during warm up time before a game get into players heads and nothing is done about it.. Let’s let it be a game and no insults.. Yeah players get big money to play and some sob paid big $’s for court side seats..Players need to be protected by more effort by the league..Sometimes fans feel the bad fans need a punch in the face and barred from the court..
