Hitler - Germany's Fatal Attraction - Part 2: The Nazi's Grasp for Power | History Documentary
Watch 'Hitler - Germany's Fatal Attraction - Part 3' here: • Hitler's Legacy of Dea...
At the turn of the 20th Century Europe is in a state of flux, the perfect conditions for the formation of the most terrifying political organization history has seen, the Nazi’s. How was the country of Germany seduced by them? Was a whole nation under the spell of the Nazi Party or did the hope of a better life quickly turn sour once the killing began? All these questions are answered as we track the birth, rise and ultimate demise of Hitler and the Nazi Party.
The Nazi's Grasp for Power: 1927 - 1939:
Two key events of the late 1920's see the foundations of the National Socialist Party firmly cemented in nations psyche: The ban on Hitler's public speaking was lifted and Wall Street crashed. The devastating mix of propaganda and unbridled terror caused the German nation to fall under his spell, seemingly oblivious to the racial hatred being doled. WWII loomed, the manufacture of weapons meant unemployment was a thing of the past and the economy bloomed and so Nazi popularity would soar.

I talked to a man who was a young teenager living in Germany during the 1930's. He told me about the hyperinflation in Germany at that time. He can remember going out to dinner with his parents choosing what they wanted from the menu and paying for the meal before they ate it because if you waited to pay for the meal after the meal you would not be able to afford it.

Yeah imagine some dude nearly took control of the whole world..caused genocide of millions and was able to do so for 5-10 years. .... Oh no wait? No one else has done that. So no, I don't imagine ANYONE today could ever feel like they did in this war or any other before. Thankully NATO was formed in the aftermath of Ww2 and no KIM JONS , TRUMPS, OR PUTINS can ever try it again Yes we have wars in this world, but sadly as long as they don't cross boundaries NATO doesn't care and people have to endure wars in their own country like it's normal to have it. So again, I say no. This was the war to end all wars. Let's pray we don't see 3rd.

The reason Germany is treated to this injustice was not for the war-crimes, but because the difference in thought and worldview. (So much for diversity) He will rise above the hatred that surrounds him and will be accepted as one of the greatest men to have lived. He was homeless, he was a painter, he was a soldier, fought all 4 years of Ww1, master orator, author, prisoner, absolute leader of a nation, leader of a coalition, lastly he still to this day is loved and admired.
