Oh hell no. Polluted as all else. No more permits for military use. They can live on their own waste. Confiscate their residential areas for locals.

NOT a conflict to have a motor sports facility. That facility could generate funds in a regular basis, which can then be used to build housing and other projects.

Military should be REQUIRED to return land in the same condition it was when they leased it, that should be written in EVERY lease contract!!! Why are taxpayers paying to clean up their expensive mess on top of the destruction to the land?! But nooooo the “state” don’t care.

The city can't even get full staffing for the smaller county services, let alone the major services of Fire, Police, EMT, Life Guards, or deal with the ever increasing hiking rescues that expend Fire, Helicopter resources. Taking on my property that they nether manage now and having no budget for what it takes to correct, seems like a huge cost to manage until it is corrected.

As Motorsports enthusiasts, we don’t need 400 acres, we just need 3-5 acres. Y’all can have the rest. There is nothing for us on Oahu since the closing of Hawaii raceway park in 2007. We just wanna be able to enjoy our hobby without hurting anybody.

Right! They hate the US so much, would they do something crazy by getting funding from China? Worldwide China owns 34 major ports and more than 2000 minor ports. I am sure Putin would give (lend) them the money they need too.
