Is The Best

This film has the power to transform you to another place. It is that unbelievable technically - all of the magic had never been done before and Keaton alone figured it out- and story line/acting.. Genius as a comedian and engineering technician with rudimentary tools, and his imagination.

those laughs are from 100 years ago ... a masterpiece as if you were there.

After seeing a few of BKs movies I’ve come to the realization that he was the true actor comedian true man An authentic person father husband son and brother His movies had that moral that love caring compassion not seen much even in other movies of that time and now never seen again! Thanks for posting!

MacGuire creates the smartest female character and companion in his early movies. Finally a female character who has equal contribution to the action.

Among other things, he was an amazing acrobat. That dive from the ship to save the girl was quite something. Am a great Buster fan and really do get great pleasure from watching his films. Regards.

DD-262 was USS McDermut, in the fleet 1919-29. Love Keaton's work, but many films become a series of "gags", rather than story that makes sense.

@@thetravelslayer4207 No bigger fan of Charlie than myself. But for laugh out loud hilarity I think it's no comparison. Charlie was a master craftsman, a genius. Made timeless films no doubt. He was also very funny. But for pure belly laughs, I turned to Keaton.
