The main problem is since they’re not conscious about their issues, when you’re under the gray stone method and he asks: “what did I do?” How can you validate this when he always going to justify an action because in “his mind” there’s nothing wrong

Miss Rebecca you hit the nail on the head! My ex was a super narcissist.. able to hide it for years until I picked up on certain things.. that's when I found your Channel mostly everything you were saying was pretty much describing her! For one thing I did notice is the whenever I said the word NO to her she would freak out and yell out " Stop telling me no! Even when she knew she was wrong. It would only get worse as time went on until I finally left her for many.. many reasons
