The Nakba Explained
May 15th is the day commemorating the Nakba-a term used to denote Palestinians’ forced expulsion from their homeland by Zionist forces in 1948.
It's been 75 years since the event Palestinians know as “the Catastrophe,” but dispossession has become a timeless theme of the Palestinian experience.
In this video, the Nation's Palestine correspondent, Mohammed El-Kurd answers the question, "What is the Nakba?" and shows how it never really ended.

From Dec 1947-may 15 1948(five months and half before any army in)in that time the zionist terrorist organisations begun ethnic cleansing, seizure of lands and expulsions of Palestinians associated with masscares,the most common and well known masscares like dier yassin, abu shusha all happened before May 15 1948(when arab army entered) and about 300 villages and majority of Palestinian towns and cities (haiaf jaffa acre bayssan Tiberias safad) all ethnically cleansed and emptied and about half of Palestinian refuges of 1948, 300,000 people became refuges all before any arab reaction, it was all palestine the zionist had to kill and confiscat Palestinians lands to create space for Israel because it wasn't there so the idea that's the Arabs started the war from the moment Israel formed is not accurate, isreal started a war against Palestinians to create itself five months anfld half before any arab country intervention

Israel is an illegal immigrant to Palestinian land. come to colonize palestine by shedding blood, thats why Arabs defend their homeland. Now Ireland, Spain and Norway and more to come will support palestine.. israel is getting marginalized from the world... a pariah state
