Thanks Julie and Tony. Yes we have enjoyed our journey through France; such a lovely country and the people are really friendly too. Spain is our preference for Winter Sun though. Nice and warm and clear blue sky makes us feel great !

We used the camping car park aires quite a lot last year. Some of the old municipal campsites have been changed to being run as a camping car park too some of them are called Mon Village sites and in the summer they have toilet and shower facilities open. Looking forward to your next vlog

We’ve used abbeywell, the service was spot on. Would add that they have a car park at the rear for big motorhomes too. We love camping card aires - barrier is always good.

Yes there is a car park at the back. We should have mentioned more about that 👍

It's great to see the three of you back on the road again. We've used our Pass Etapes card for 3 or 4 years but never paid the annual fee. The App shows how many pitches are vacant on each Aire daily. We don’t use their Aires a lot but they're handy if the leisure batteries need a top up. We'll be touring Spain and Portugal from next month so maybe we'll bump into you.

Hi guys, weve used the camping car parks, they are very good. You get water. Ehu, 24hrs with them. Also you get wifi as well. We use them all the time now, and weve been to some beauitiful stop offs with them. There are not a lot in Spain. I believe 2-3......Enjoy your travels....xxxx

I believe CCP aires are generally well located, and of course, the vast majority do have EHU as well as the other very useful facilities you mentioned in your very enjoyable vlog.All in all, I think they are a great proposition for transiting through France at a leisurely pace. Someone recently described them as "charlatans." Not sure I agree with that as I feel they offer a very good standard of facilities on their Aires, at a reasonable price. No doubt there will be the odd dodgy one,but if you are not happy, just move on to another one-there are usually plenty to choose from. Enjoy your adventures.

Yew CCCP is very good. We previously used All The Aires books but did have some issues at times. Being able to book is very helpful 👍😀😎

Hi, I don’t think they allow caravans. They’ve for “camping cars” (motorhomes) as the name implies. Camping Car Park Card…

Hi. Good to see you back and "happy". Just one thing, The CCP card does not need to be charged to get IN. It does however need to be charged with enough to get out. You can tap to get in with a shortfall of money but not get out till you've charged. Have a great time.

Really useful video, especially with the card for the sites. You guys are doing what we hope to do. Get rid of the house, buy a boat and camper to travel over the winter. I've checked out a few of your videos. I hit my pension age in two months, and hopefully, soon after that. What part of Spain are you heading to?

Hey Raymond, first of all thanks for the comment. We started our journey back in 2016 and not regretted it one bit. We are currently heading for Costa Blanca for a CAMC Rally at Alannia Resort. It’s near Alicante and Benedorm. To be honest we like most parts of Spain in the Winter time as the temperatures are so good. As I type this we are at an aire in Archena, about 15degrees and we’re sat here with the door open watching the sun set 🌞 Good luck with your transition from work to pension. And have a great time travelling 👍😀😎

Thanks, guys. I took early retirement in 2016. we moved to Spain full-time in 2020, but my wife finds living up in a mountain village a bit boring. I, however, love it here, just behind Estepona 20 mins. I will keep watching your videos now for sure. I think our first step will be the boat. Hope we're not too old for the change, but it seems there are many people in their 60s doing this. Thanks for your reply.

Some people love boats, for us it’s been not so good. We MUCH prefer the motorhome travelling life. We are both 66 years old so much the same as you guys we love seeing new things all the time. 👍😀😎

Interesting video, how do you find the European rallies, I've looked on the caravan club website and I can't find them?
