Shaykh Haitham is legend. What a beautiful reminder: 'Don't think of yourself as someone small or as a minority - you are the best of humanity'. This is the attitude we need. We oftentimes think we are lesser or act on thw defensive whether it is asking for a place to pray at work or something else. Allah SWT said we are the best of humanity and we know that what we follow is from the Lord of the Worlds - why are we so defensive? We should be positive and spread positivity in a confident manner. May Allah help us live to this in the West. Ameen.

When Allah said “you are the best of humanity” he was not speaking about Isis or Taliban and the Salafi extremist that follow that extremist backward ideology

I will simplify it: american Muslims were silent during the abuse of Muslims the world over during the war on terror. They happily pay taxes to fund the bombing of believers. If you mention hijrah to Yasir Kazi, he will mock the idea. Allah may expose them as He swt exposed the munafiqeen at the time of RasulAllah SAAS. I seek refuge in Allah from being one of them.

Sheikh Haitham I am sorry to say but your answers and understanding of LGBTQ is so unclear. The enemies of the Deen have never said RIBA Qaum r Lut, alcohol etc are wrong, and if anyone did these issues confine to only grow with problems and so to think LGBTQ is going away and that Muslims will be seen as heroes is such a terrible view point, devoid of reality. Allah guide and protect us all

By the end of listening to yasir Qadhi lectures you only end up in doubt. I’ve never seen such a person who twist english words to confuse the mass population. I’ve never seen any sheikh who always praises himself the way this guy does. Oh Muslim of the west this guy is disconnecting you from the real scholars of Islam, he’s disconnecting you from knowledge.

Tell you what, even if you feel justified in your feelings as to each their own, you just slandered YQ and you just gave him some of your good deeds. And as long as you display this post and anyone else disparages YQ through what you have initiated, your good deeds continue to be transferred to YQ. So ask yourself, is this post worth what you stand to lose in the akhirah?
