These movements are hardly Ido's "invention", they are human and executed with grace. This may promote functional movement based on hard work and longer training. Visually, this produces a body that could superficially be achieved in much less time with modern "exercise", but the physiological and psychological results are only attainable once one breaks away from the sterile. Many of Ido's basic motions, I see my child perform when playing. The movements are primal. The willpower, extraordinary

While I know I hace such potential, I wish to develop more discipline and surround myself with more people on this same path of self exploration thru movement and discovery of self. Thanks for what you bring to these people as well as all of us who watch your videos.

I'm curious with something, Ido, what have you studied to know/invent moves and say "this might work"? I mean, something like sports science? I'm curious because, while I see interesting moves, I'd like to know a tad more about the scientifical, physiological basis of this 'movement philosophy' of yours. I'm sure it will be something quite interesting, and I'm looking forward to it. To anyone that isn't Ido, if you wanna respond at my comment, don't do it with an anti-scientific mindset.

If you commentes on a video from 9 years ago I guess I will respond to a comment from a year ago. What is seen in ido's videos is probably a very little of what he/students of the method do. 'Movement' is such a large concept that many many tasks and movements are fit into it - some are not that "sexy" for a youtube video and some are too complicated to learn and understand through different social media platforms. I can speak for myself - I am a new student of the method - even I do some things that are not presented in ido's youtube videos and I am still new to the concept of "movement practice" and the large "movement umbrella" which many topics, tasks and movements go under it.
